We stayed there for André Rieu concert and location is perfect. Beautiful, tastefully decorated rooms, great breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended for shopping and sightseeing. We will be back! It was a very relaxing break..

We stayed for the Andre Rieu concert and it was fantastic. We booked a car space in a nearby carpark and all worked out really well. The instructions provided were very helpful for locating and accessing and the hotel fee for the car park was much better than the standard fee. We loved the rooms in the hotel- full of... More

I am completely appalled by the low level of customer service provided by you on my husband and I's recent visit!! As you are aware, our room was not serviced on our second day, bearing in mind we were out of it for four hours in the morning! I brought this up with the receptionist, and advised her that I... Charming little hotel, just a few steps away from both the Vrijthof and the Onze Lieve Vrouwenplein. We booked a nice room on the second floot (there is no elevator). The walls seemed like paper, it was very noisy, we heard every word the neighbors said. There are better choices in de centre of Maastricht.

A really nicely refurbished building with clean and spacious rooms. The bathroom was very modern and also large. We had two rooms facing the street. If you're going to Maastricht for a peaceful sleep, ask for a room facing the courtyard as the beautifully restored windows are single paned and you hear everything on the street. There is a safe... The hotel is nice and the receptionists were friendly, but our room and especially our bathroom smelled strongly of sewage when we arrived. The receptionist, who had left for the day (at 19:30) told us by phone that this was normal because of whatever is underneath the hotel. No other rooms were available and we received no compensation, apart from... More

Spent one night in this charming hotel. Very centrally located, staff were without exception friendly and helpful. Decor and ambiance are fabulous, especially if you like individuality. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Excellent wifi, shower worth mentioning. I would advise against rooms on the street side of the hotel. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was... More

I have stayed twice with family and I will possibly go again. It is central, very clean, tastefully furnished. The bathroom was great, beds comfortable, wifi impeccable. Plus the garden! On the downside: girls at reception limit their empathy to the bare minimum; have to pay extra for a rather average breakfast; some nightly noises from the street. No tea-coffee... More

Stayed at this hotel July 15 for 3 nights, attending an Andre Rieu concert. The hotel is situated 2 minutes from the Vrijthof Square. Welcomed by a very friendly young lady who processed our booking very efficiently in perfect English. She gave us a map of Maastricht and pointed out where the restaurants were situated. She also gave us a... More

With my family we stayed two nights in two rooms, one on the street and one on the garden, a lovely spot. Rooms are large well furnished and very comfortable, bathrooms are fine. Breakfast is served in a nice dining room, and is good and abundant. Hotel is centrally located, everything is within easy reach. Yet: room is a bit... More
