Arrived at the adres of the Hotel, st jacobsstraat, a girl told us to check in at the other location , grote markt, which makes it very complicated as you have to drive throughout the city centre. We also were informed that the hotel has no parking possibilities and had to parc the car in a public parking. We choose...

Just off the main Vrijthof square so super well located. Charming hotel in an old house. Peaceful courtyard at the back is lovely.Slight drawbacks - have to collect your key from a different hotel but it's really close. My room faced onto the street and in the early hours there was noise as revellers were making their way home but...

Having to check in at a different hotel, 5 minutes apart was no problem as the weather was ok. I can imagine it being a hastle when raining. At first glance the hotel room looked attractive. After about five minutes we started noticing the flaws. The ceiling was too low for a regular sized man (188cm), taking a shower also...

In late January 2017, we booked a room in the hotel « Hôtel Boutique Sint Jacob » for the night of the 24 or 25th of February 2017. While it wasn’t possible anymore to modify our reservation, we were informed of the fact the Maastricht’s Carnival would be held on Saturday February 25th. On the 24th, we realized that the...

I was delighted to see how close this hotel was to everything. The checkin was perfect. The room lovely overlooking the garden. It was nice and airy, and although the water and tea coffee was not refreshed during the stay (2 nights) I don't really have any complaints.

Dear TripAdvisor travellers, Maastricht is a really beautiful, old city and staying in this hotel makes it even more nice! First of all, Boutique Hotel Sint Jaboc is a great place to stay, just a limit number of hotel rooms, perfectly located in the middle of the center (next to the Vrijthof and 5 minutes walk to the Onze Lieve...

I ended up paying WAY too much money for this place. Thread bare does not mean antique, I'm not sure what rooms they have pictures of, but it certainly wasn't what my room looked like. It was run-down, shabby, overpriced and painted over. Walls are paper thin. You could hear the other travelers like standing in the kitchen and listening...

We stayed there for André Rieu concert and location is perfect. Beautiful, tastefully decorated rooms, great breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended for shopping and sightseeing. We will be back! It was a very relaxing break..

We stayed for the Andre Rieu concert and it was fantastic. We booked a car space in a nearby carpark and all worked out really well. The instructions provided were very helpful for locating and accessing and the hotel fee for the car park was much better than the standard fee. We loved the rooms in the hotel- full of...

I am completely appalled by the low level of customer service provided by you on my husband and I's recent visit!! As you are aware, our room was not serviced on our second day, bearing in mind we were out of it for four hours in the morning! I brought this up with the receptionist, and advised her that I...
