The room was spacious, well decorated and clean. Friendly staff in the hotel.
Plenty of choice for breakfast. Breakfast during weekdays was from 6am to 9am. This is good for business, but for private use it is a bit early. On weekends the time (7:00 AM - 10:30 AM) is good.
At night it was very warm in the room, the thermostat could not be lower than 18 degrees.
We had a flex deal with cancellation until 12 noon on the day of arrival and payment at the hotel. Yet we received emails asking us to pay in advance. We then called to ask what the intention was to not be in the hotel upon arrival without having a room. (It all worked out in the end.) But if you can indicate that you will pay at the hotel, you assume that you can actually pay on the spot.

Subject 4 Days package.
Room is fine. The immediate vicinity of the location is not very uplifting.
Restaurant mediocre. Dinner is presented buffet style, but very limited starters and desserts. Quality good though. Very disturbing that cakes are always offered at dinner, but accompanying coffee and tea machines are either broken or covered. Coffee must then be ordered through the bar and this will then be charged. NOT WELCOMING. Restaurant space is too small.
People with plates on their laps to eat.
Shower possibility after the end of the 4Day fine.
Would also be nice to make a 5 day package possible including Friday on Saturday.

Although recently supposed to has been renovated the hotel doesn't give a fresh impression. The sink of the shower was clogged. On the 2nd day it got cleaned after I asked about it. A colleague claimed about the same issue in her bathroom. The curtains on the windows don't block the sunlight. That caused me waking up much earlier on a sunny day. One has to keep the double windows closed to be isolated well the traffic noise (my room was in the 5th floor). The rooms have air conditioning.
The breakfast was very basic.

This stunning hotel on the outskirts of beautiful Nijmegen is the hidden gem you didn’t know you needed.
Standing boldly next to the Netherlands answer to the Autobahn, its magnetism invites you in.
The staff, in all their Dutch glory welcome you with open arms, the offer of cold drinks and the friendliest smiles I’ve ever seen.
The artificial flowers sparsely scattered across the faux-modern lobby were as welcoming as a hot Stroopwaffle on a cold day.
Thankfully, the hotel takes its security very seriously so if you can manage to navigate your way from the lobby to your room without having ACCESS DENIED consider yourself one of the lucky ones.
Upon entering the room… I was dazzled by the ambiance set with clever use of synthetic red curtains, casting gentle tabernacle vibes o’er the room.
The extensive lighting system cleverly positioned in the deepest darkest crevices of the room made sure our coffee machine was never out of sight.
Not to be outdone by the Moroccan themed ceiling lamps the ‘piece de resistance’ was actually the outrageously large table lamp which took centre stage. At first glance you may have thought it was a hookapipe, then perhaps an urn of some description, maybe even a sports trophy, but NO… it was just a lamp. A glorious lamp. We didn’t have the nerve to approach the lamp so we admired the lamp from afar for our 5night stay.
Thankfully, after working up a hot sweat from being overwhelmed by the beauty of the lamp there was a 5* Spa style shower experience awaiting us. Large enough to fit the entire All Blacks rugby squad, the rainforest shower will be the sole reason I return to Nijmegen.
Can’t recommend this place enough.

My recent stay was a regrettable experience, marred by a terrible location and a complete lack of trustworthiness from the staff.
Beyond the inconvenience of the location, my experience took a turn for the worse when I lost my glasses during my stay. Initially, the hotel staff assured me that they had found my belongings and would keep them safe for retrieval. However, upon my return to collect my lost items, the glasses were mysteriously missing. Despite my efforts to contact the hotel for months, my attempts were met with silence.
Upon revisiting the hotel in person to address the issue, the situation took an even more frustrating turn. The staff on-site suddenly claimed ignorance about the lost glasses and offered no assistance or solutions. Suddenly they sent me a policy about lost items that had never been mentioned before.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid wasting your money. Choose a hotel that values its guests and their belongings.

This hotel is completely understaffed. It's ran by one front desk person who's never there, and a guy who's not in hotel uniform at night who plays poker with his rowdy friends in the lobby who doesn't want to help with anything.
The AC does not work unless the outside temperature is above 18'C (for "eco" reasons which is just a trick to save money of course). Meanwhile inside it's 25'C and you can not cool the room.
There's no water bottles in the room. If you want to buy water, there's a vending machine, but you can't pay with bills or card. You need to pay with coins. If you ask the front desk for coins, he doesn't have coins of course.
The cleaners did not clean for 2 days when we stayed for 4 days. So half the time there was no cleaning. Even when we explicitly asked the cleaners and front desk for cleaning and put the door sign up to clean.
The gym has no weights, dumb bells, barbell. Just treadmill, bicycle, rowing machine. That would be okay, but it's not even cleaned once during our stay.
It looks like this hotel chain is ran with the minimum staff and costs possible to maximize profits. But it's not a great experience. The building is functional and renovated and good though.

Although people from Nijmegen advised us against this hotel, we were very satisfied. Although the hotel is located between two busy roads, you will not be bothered by noise. ample parking and an excellent breakfast. The room was also sufficiently spacious. Shower ditto. Just a pity that there is a bedside table between the two beds. As if you are not allowed to lie close to your partner.....

Good beds, very hygienic hotel and friendly staff. Pleasant shower and all possible amenities to have a quiet and good night's sleep. The only downside I can think of is that the receptionist could not give us any directions to the event.

Pay in advance, reservation went well, great location to quickly get to the city
Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom! very warm inside but resolved quickly
Free drink, and a cozy lobby
Once back at night, my card didn't seem to be there, after a quick search in the computer and a new card, the employee guided me to the room.

Breakfast, room, bed and shower were wonderful. The staff was also very friendly. We slept in 521 and were woken up by the slamming of the door to the hall near the elevators. So that would be an area for improvement, just like the reception with an empty counter.
