I stayed at the Mercure Hotel in Nijmegen when I came to attend the FortaRock rock festival. I arrived about an hour before my check in time, hoping that I could get a drink at the bar while I waited, but the receptionist said that my room was ready and I could check in if I wanted. This gave me...

One of the reasons we normally like Mercure hotels is that their rooms have good/excellent sound insulation. Not here. You can literally hear every vehicle that passes on the street (and there are many busses). Were moved from a lower floor (where I could hear pedestrians talking) to a top floor room, where normal talking was no longer heard (but...

This was our second stay at the Mercure Nijmegen hotel and we were very satisfied at our first stay. The hotel is quite near the train/bus station, easily accessible by car (own parking space) and the shopping center of the city. The hotel is very comfortable, friendly staff and we suggest to book (if available) a privelege room with free...

Great Hotel with nice rooms and own parking. Restaurant is worth a try as it has local dishes and beverages. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room away from the train station, as this is close by, which is handy, but not if you sleep light. Staff are super friendly and will always go out of their...

The Mercure Nijmegen Centre Hotel is a very good hotel at a very good location. The rooms are well kept and sufficiently modern. There is a large TV and a spacious desk. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is ok (with a shower gel and shampoo offering). Had dinner in the hotel restaurant and thought the food was good....

An ok hotel with good breakfast buffet and lively service at the bar. The restaurant menu is very basic and quality of food as well. Location is excellent, 5 min to city centre where there's a good variety of quality restaurants; It's right next to the central train station and close by there's the Doornroosje concert place where you can...

Located right next to the railway station, a stone's throw from Rocktemple Doornroosje and just a short walk from the city center. Hotel has a number of parking spaces on site for about 12 euros a day. We booked a room without breakfast as we figured that it was way overpriced (even their weekend deal was not very appealing, combining...

We stayed for three nights recently on an organised trip to commorate the Arnhem Landings and were very pleased with the hotel. Room was modern, clean and well appointed and very quiet. Only had breakfast in the hotel, but excellent choice in the buffet. Location was good with a short, say 400 meters, walk to the town and restaurants. Staff...
