Yes we can imagine that with the older rooms the reputation was less, but the renovated rooms – in one word great! Okay no balcony, but quite spacious. Great bathroom with oversized rainshower, flatscreen TV, good wifi, large beds (with matresses a bit on the soft side), nice seating area and desk with coffee/teamaking. Motionsensing light in door area works...

Nice hotel to stay with friends, family. Lot of options on the breakfast. Good bar to hang around. Its very easy to walk down to the city center, hardly 10 Minutes it will take. You can also walk down to the river side if you wish. Lot of places to eat around the hotel.

We are staying at the Amrath Hotel Belvoir while visiting friends in Holland! This hotel is in an upperclass area near Nijmegen, Holland! This hotel is excellent. If you get the opportunity request room # 4300, it has a terrific balcony, and is larger by far than any THREE ROOMS, elsewhere. It has a dining area, balcony with a fantastic...

Reasonable hotel a bit away from the centre. It's a short 10 minute walk to the centre but you have to cross a busy road with traffic lights to get there. The hotel and the room are a bit outdated and there is wear and tear everywhere. The room was ok but not spectacular, the bathroom not very clean. Saw...

The hotel is comfortable and clearly caters for somewhat elder visitors. The bedroom was spacious but could benefit from some maintenance. I checked in the day after the famous Nijmegen walking event - that might have been the reason that staff were a bit terse and not as courteous as one would have expected. The hotel is located near a...

I lived and worked in Nijmegen 20 years ago, and the Belvoir was then a very plush hotel. However, the hotel is now in need of a little TLC. The bedrooms are quite old fashioned. I saw a sign stating that the hotel is due to be refurbished, that would be great to see. The staff on the front desk are...

Some of the reviews here frightened me, but in all I was satisfied with this hotel. Indeed it's in need of some refreshment, and the main faults I found were that the rooms were pretty hot (there was no airco) and the sound insulation towards the hallway and the exterior could be better. Other than that: very clean, very friendly...

I stayed to this hotel for 3 nights. It is very well located just a few minutes walking to the old city of Nijmegen. The hotel is rated 4 stars but in my opinion at most 2 would be ok. Anyway the room was clean but it had a proeminent smell of oldish. The bathroom was also very strange. It...

This hotel is centrally located in Nijmegen in Holland. There are a lot of shops near the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are really great but unfortunately the hotel in general needs an update. Still I would stay in this hotel again.

It's an old hotel. We chose it because of the location. (We attended the food truck event that's why we needed a hotel where we could reach on foot.) I felt down when I entered the hotel. It's so old fashioned. I hope there is a renovation soon.
