We were travelling Switzerland for the first time and the staff was quite friendly and helped us discover the new place and also gave us quite useful tips for commuting and selecting various cuisines, the hotel is located at a really great location, with mountains in the backdrop and some great monument structures around it. The double bed was quite... More

I satayed overnighht and found it wonderfully quiet and very accomodating as I arrived late and they still made me dinner at the restaurant with it due to shut in 10 minutes. The room was small but since I was there to sleep it was perfectly adequate for my needs.

An incredible location in Old City Zug close to restaurants and many attractions. An easy walk from the train station. Hotel is historical and attempts to maintain that atmosphere. Hosts are gracious and accommodating. Included breakfast is excellent. This is my "go to" hotel when I visit Zug as I do often on business.

Stayed here on a work trip on Monday night and not impressed. I stayed here quite a long time ago and had quite a nice room which is why I came back, but this time was allocated a single bed room and it was absolutely tiny (room 507 so avoid it if you can!). I will load photos so you... More

Nice and friendly hotel. Single bed rooms are really small and price level is significant. Bed was very hard and almost on the ground. Staff is nice, friendly and positive. Overall, enjoyed my stay, but the room could have been a bit more comfortable.
