Book one of the suits on the top floors and enjoy the view over Lac Leman. The rooms are spacious and equipped with air condition. The breakfast buffet is in my opinion Corona-save. Also the sunny terrace invites you to relax outside. The historic hotel building is situated close to the metro station Flon between the historic city center and a refurbished nightlife area. It'perfect for couples as well as for families.

We were there for just one night on our anniversary. Everything was perfect. The concierge was very helpful in organizing the “rose petal surprise” in the room to make things even more romantic. We had a suite with lac view. Definitely a stunning set-up if you are going all out. The spa is nice but good to know men and women are separated in the saunas and hamam. Book ahead if you want to go for massages. We were too late for this but greatly enjoyed the relaxing pool area. Food and service at the brasserie were excellent French wines are quite expensive but they have an extensive card of special (and more affordable) Swiss wines for all meals. We would look forward to going back there.

I have visited the place back since 2003 and it has been renovated. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The decoration is spot on for a palace and very well done. I have expected the bar to be better in terms of decoration and ambience but it is still very good. The brasserie is very good and the lobby is very elegant. The view from the room was just amazing a d the concierge/front office team was very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Dear MFAthens, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your positive comments with us. Most of our rooms have indeed been renovated, and in addition of this, our housekeeping and maintenance teams are working daily to make sure that we keep the standard of quality updated. We are glad that you enjoyed the bar and brasserie, and if you are seeking for another ambience, there are four more restauration outlets you may discover. For example the Coté Jardin with it's wondeful terrasse overlooking the lake) On addition of this, we do our outmost to make sure that every guest is given a special care, and therefore I am happy to read that you felt welcomed by our teams. We wish to see you soon again in our property Kindly Juliette BLOCH Director of rooms

We enjoyed our stay and everyone spoiled us. We received a beautiful room with a balcony facing the lake. Because of Corona breakfast has been served via roomservice. So we had the opportunity to enjoy breakfast on the balcony with a view. Exceptional service at the reception, at the Brasserie, at the spa, room service, housekeeping and bar. We also received a special set up for our dog which was very attentive! See you next time, and thank you again a thousand times for your hospitality.
