My boyfriend and I stayed five nights this week and had an incredible time. The reception team, especially Sandra, were incredibly friendly and answered all of our questions to ensure we had the best vacation. Sandra made us feel at home and was incredibly welcoming!! She took the time to get to know us during our visit and went above...

As others have written, the hotel is indeed very new and the décor is amazing with good use of wood and stone. The rooms are large, beds comfy and the bathroom was very spacious. We truly felt cared for, bathrooms slippers and robes were provided in the rooms and the toiletries and amenities were always well stocked. Around 4-6pm, a...

The hotel was newly bult (2016) and the material selected are all natural. The wood and the stone are nicely mixed. The breakfast buffet is incredible. All the personal are very nice and helpful. If you are tea addicted, you will be stunned by the amazing choices of tea (from tea bags to full leaf varieties). The tea time (4pm-6pm)...

We just came back after 7 nights at the hotel, 2 adults and 2 children. The room was big and cozy. The wooden decor is amazing. Big closet too. The bathroom big and clean. The only foul for me was that the housekeeping 'forgot' t change sheets even though i asked them, and they said they do it every 2...

Very good service, rooms are new and spacious. Location is about 4 mins walk from train station. The hotel also provides transfer upon asking. Complimentary breakfast is ok, can have your own fresh juice. There is also a free tea break from 4 to 6pm.

We spent the last 4 nights here. We were given an upgrade to a room facing the Matterhorn! The room is really big, we have 2 single beds and a double sofa bed- great for the 3 of us. They serve really good breakfast too.

We had a room with a balcony and view of the Matterhorn. Nice hotel, clean, modern rooms. Great breakfast and afternoon complimentary coffee and pastries. The only down side is that none of the rooms have a refrigerator which was disappointing given a hotel this modern looking and should be pretty much a standard feature as in most hotels. Hard...

On my third trip to Switzerland, we finally made it to Zermatt, an enchanting town at the base of the Matterhorn. My husband had visited 30 years ago before we met and said it had hardly changed at all which he meant in the best possible way. We rode the train from Geneva to stay for 2 days and a...

The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was excellent with a real nice range of options. Relaxing by the pool, sauna and steam room was great each day. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had a full view of the Matterhorn. Hope to come back!
