We loved our stay in BelleRive. It is located in a great location, walking distance to town center, for a stroll, drink or shopping. Fabolous service, friendly staff and really clean & cozy & comfy rooms!

Hotel's Favorite
We had a marvelous stay at this quaint, beautiful boutique hotel. Mario, Katja and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They were most friendly and were extremely helpful in arranging skiing opportunities, giving restaurant advice, and making our stay more than comfortable. We enjoyed the spa, fireplace, and conversations at the bar. They helped us learn about both the community and the culture. Their breakfast buffet was amazing and delicious. This hotel has so many added touches that cater to the needs of guests, and the owners themselves work hard to make each day a successful one. I would return here in a minute and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Zermatt! The view of the Matterhorn is also stunning from this location. Undeniably a highlight of our trip to Switzerland!!!

We stayed in Zermatt at the end of our 10 day tour of Switzerland and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. The hotel is warm, cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean, but what really makes it special is the welcome! We felt more like members of the family than hotel guests. Nothing was too much trouble! Thank you so much to Katja and Mario and all of the staff for their wonderful welcome and friendly service. We enjoyed beautiful massages during our stay in the wonderful wellness area; transfers to and from Täsch were seamless; breakfast was plentiful and tasty; evening drinks around the log fire in the lobby made the perfect end to our days hiking in the local area. Oh, and did I mention the views of the Matterhorn from our bedroom window?! Wow!! The Bellerive is now the only place we will stay when visiting Zermatt. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, and it is right near the very top of my list. Thank you!! We’ll be back just as soon as we can!!

Been in many hotels, from 3 to 5 Stars. But Hotel Bellerive will stay in our memories forever. From Electric Taxi to kind Staff, top location, attention to details, View of Matternhorn and everything you can imagine was absolutely amazing (even their slippers were suuuper soft). Owner Mario and all the staff was so kind and helpfull, they rearrange everything that we asked for. I booked Sky room, and words cannot describe the feeling when you come in that beautiful room and see famous Matternhorn. So if you are planning to visit Zermatt, I promise you will not regret this choice. I want to thank to all staff of Hotel for making our stay unforgettable. Really appreciate, we will definitely be staying here when we visit Zermatt again, all the best, Darko

We stayed here for two nights in a premium chic double room. The room was spotless, modern, cosy with a huge television and a lovely view of Zermatt from the balcony. Breakfast was the best on our tour of Switzerland, with excellent gluten free bread and the freshly made cappuccino and espresso was greatly appreciated each morning. Also loved the Soeder hand sanitiser that was available in the hotel entrance and elevators. There is no restaurant but there are plenty close by, and reception was helpful in making recommendations and reservations. Staff were friendly and helpful - we hope to return!
