Cervo is THE BEST hotel in Zermatt. My family and I booked a weekend get-away- , to get a change of atmostphere and kick of the Holiday season. The Cervo team from check in to check out made us feel totally comfortable, pampered, and so welcomed. The vibe at Cervo made our heart dance with joy and we felt a sense of rest + renewal with the Spa. Benjamin, the hotel manager is the most amazing HOST - who goes out of his way to make you feel special and pampered. Mike at the spa is so gracious with his knowledge and warmth. And Helen will make sure any dining experience feels like your eating with your bestie. Cervo is truly an unforgettable experience. Thank you everyone!

Visited with my boyfriend as part of our European tour, expected a little bit more to be honest. Nice room with the view of Zermatt but the entry to the hotel is really ugly - a lot of concrete everywhere and staff dragging heavy looking carts up the hill all around - seems not very nice for them and we felt like offering help seeing many were females. Lovely room facilities. Food very good and staff fantastic, just wish there was more vegan and organic options if CERVO is serious about being ecological. Spa amazing but pool too small (really just for soaking in) and when I was in the spa alone I felt very uncomfortable with the spa receptionist (Tomas, I believe) who was trying to flirt with me. As a woman I would appreciate only female spa staff as you are half naked in a robe and don't want some guy working there chatting you up. Really inappropriate and kind of ruined my good impression of the spa. Loved the CERVO cats!! Hope they get more. Zermatt itself is 10* destination and we actually rented an apartment and prolonged our stay! But CERVO I would say this is an ok 4* hotel but not 5*.…

Firstly, we're glad to hear you enjoyed your room with a view of Zermatt and that you found our staff fantastic. We were, however, surprised to read your comment about the hotel entrance. We believe that the design of our resort is harmonious with the nature that surrounds it. Our resort even received a Design Award for being distinctive, environmentally conscious, and beautifully nestled in the landscape. Regarding your desire for more vegan and organic options, we wondered if you managed to visit our restaurant, Bazaar? Here our delicious dishes are mostly vegetarian and are served throughout the day. We also strive to offer a good range of vegetarian and vegan options in all of our restaurants to cater to the different preferences and dietary requirements of our guests. Lastly, regarding your experience in the spa, we emphasise the importance of employing a gender-balanced team at our resort. Our spa is open to all diversities and therefore we cannot fulfil your request for exclusively female staff. We also train our staff to ensure that they always look after the well-being of our guests and seek contact with our customers. Nevertheless, we have discussed the incident you described internally, as we take such feedback very seriously. The most perfect stay! The transfer from Zermatt train station to Cervo was easy, the driver pointed out local spots and explained a little about the town. The greeting from the reception staff was excellent, the Alpinist L room we stayed in was perfect. Everything was clean, well laid out, more than enough space for 2 of us, lots of storage and all the furnishings seemed new. The outdoor balcony space was good, very quiet and peaceful. We were lucky enough to have 20+ degree weather, so we utilised the outdoor space every day. The view was incredible!! We had the best view of the Matterhorn, perfectly framed by the trees. We also had a view of the town, which was beautiful at night with the lights. The pictures truly don’t do the view justice, it was beautiful. Madre Nostra is on the smaller side, so dinner is very intimate. The food and drinks were excellent, fresh pasta and great cocktails. The breakfast options at Bazaar were great, the ‘cooked’ items on the menu were a little small, but there is plenty of ‘buffet’ style food to enjoy- cakes, granola, bread etc. Bazaar outdoor terrace area has great view of the Matterhorn all day, and we enjoyed the sunset over the mountain in the evenings. The dinner was excellent, the offering of Asian/middle eastern foods was very much enjoyed and something different. All the staff, reception, porters, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant staff were so friendly, welcoming and made our stay a real pleasure. We cannot offer enough praise. There are spa facilities and pools. The location of Cervo itself is of course a mountain resort, but there is a ski-lift just opposite reception which allows access to the main town within a few minutes, once in the town all bars, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, 5-10 mins. We are not big hikers/skiers but we absolutely loved our stay at Cervo and will definitely be back in the Winter season!…

We couldn't ask for a better experience! From the arrival until the very end we've been treated amazingly. All the staff was remarkable attentive and genuinely friendly. There was so much to enjoy such as the holistic Spa, extraordinary restaurants and of course the astonishing view of the Matterhorn. This the perfect place to totally relax and unwind. This is one of my favorite hotel in the world. The rooms are perfect with everything you can need such as hiking bags. The spa is fantastice. Meditation and yoga classes take place every day in a beatutiful space, and Maria is an amazing teacher. The breakfast is just even with views on the Matterhorn
