I loved it. We were on a tour and if you're have ever been on a group tour you know that half the hotels they put you in are mediocre. The Steffani is quirky & vintage without feeling dated. It is s bit of a Labyrinth with all the stairs & corridors. The rooms were spacious and the beds were...

They charged 200CHF for a room with the toilet and bathroom on the corridor. I could not believe such a sub-standard ''thing'' would be possible in Switzerland, let alone St Moritz. Shame on this place! Draw your own conclusions!

St Moritz is where the British invented winter holidays and winter sports in 1864 and its 300 days of sunshine micro climate and wonderful fresh air keep us coming back. The charm of St Moritzers, unlike some other parts of the Alps, is that they still remember their history and welcome the British with great hospitality. The Steffani, in the...

Dear Tony, thank you very much for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and the entire Cresta atmosphere during that time :). We can't wait to welcome you back next season and look forward to hearing from you. Sunny greetings, your Märky Family

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location in an amazing city! Everything worth doing in Saint Moritz proper is within an easy albeit hilly 10 minute walking distance. We stayed for 3 nights in January and had a great time. The breakfast was perfect for a pre-ski-day-fuel up! We only had breakfast board but did eat dinner at the hotel one...

Centrally located 3 minutes walk to the funicular which takes you up to the ski slopes. Fantastic swimming pool. Great breakfast with fresh fruit, salmon on Sunday. Afternoon tea and biscuits on return from skiing. Very nice at the reception. Good value for money. Not a chain hotel in spirit and reality. Free parking outside. Will return.

An exceptionally friendly well run hotel. ALL the staff are charming and go out of their way to look after you and make your holiday special. It is not stiff 5 star service with no interaction with the staff but a friendly, welcoming, professionally run hotel extending a warm welcome to everyone. The food in all the restaurants is high quality...

Steffani hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of St Moritz. Service is excellent and the staff are very helpful. The hotel is immaculately clean and the half-board offer is excellent and the best deal in town - the meal was superb. However, we were disappointed with our bedroom. It was large but very dated and felt like a ski-lodge...

A very nice hotel in the upper section of St Moritz. They provide transport from/to the Railway station (very steep streets). The hotel rooms are very nice and some have balconies overlooking a square and a main roundabout, but it all shuts down after 8.00pm and is very quiet. The front desk staff are great. Very helpful and cheery. The...
