I love the busy athomosphere of the new renovated hotel Laudinella. Even though they are always crowded with a lot of guests - internal as external - you do not feel much about it when you sit at your table or enjoy a great cocktail at the bar. Especially becuase the staff is really friendly and seems they have a lot of fun at work. If you like it more quiet but with the possibility of using the restaurants I would recommend to either stay at Hotel Reine Victoria or Hotel Corvatsch, that also belongs to the hotel group.
Very quick walk over to the lake. The hotel staff were friendly and had some good food options, which was nice as we were there in off-season, I’m not sure there was much else open and available nearby at the time of our arrival. Our physical room was fine - small, but clean and really everything you need for a night. Location wise, not the best. They put us on the first floor right at the top of the main staircase/elevator, with the parking lot entrance out the windows. While I’m not a light sleeper, there was a fair amount of noise from others creeping in from both sides, especially the staircase. The conversations of those passing nearly sounded like they were in the room with us at times. As part of a group, we didn’t really have any control over requests, but would next time maybe request a location further from these main areas that lots of people have to pass.…
This central hotel even has a concert hall! It is located at the foot of the alps and has comfortable rooms with great amenities, thick towels and luxury linens. Great staff!! Nice bar area and plenty of spots to meet friends in the lobby and outside seating too. Rooms have plenty of outlets and great showers. The buffet breakfasts are fabulous. Everything you would want, even for picky eaters
We enjoyed our one night stay here. Very convenient and we had a chance to walk around the area. The room assigned to us were well-spaced. Though the bed was comfortable enough to lie on, their pillows were too soft. We didn't stay long enough in this place to make an impression, but what we remember is that in terms of location, it provides a good walking area to the lake.
clean room with full equipment, nice staff always approachable, good restaurants nice breakfast. Perfect location of the hotel in St. Moritz, nice views, kids playgrounds nearby, close to the lake, etc. Totally satisfied stay.
Great location at 2 km from train station and we walked to the hotel on a paved pathway beside the lake. Very enjoyable stay. A free transit card usable on buses, boats and mountain lifts. We were able to view the sunset at the top of the mountain with the funicular.
Enjoyed our visit special mention to lovely receptionist. If ever in st Moritz again would stay again. Hotel was really clean and central. Lovely restaurant and tasty breakfast. Staff very attentive and pleasant
Good hotel with the best restaurant in town. The Italian restaurant is amazing and the bar is exceptional. The service was also good and the dishes were very tastefull. For sure I will come back with my family in this hotel.
We really liked this hotel although not as central as some of the other hotels on our tour. Lovely large lobby. Very welcoming staff on check in. So great first impressions. Room large, well furnished, very comfortable and clean. Distant lake view. We enjoyed a glass of wine and cheese platter in the very comfortable bar. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice.
We want to say Andre and Alissa at the front desk were beyond helpful during our mini crisis in Switzerland. A million times than you! The hotel was a wonderful stay as well. Highly recommend this hotel.
