I have been to this hotel many times from my youth, up to my early twenties, late twenties, then with husband and small baby, to this year when we came with two children (4 and 2), and grandparents. Great experience: Rooms were very clean and comfortable; great internet speed!; nice wellness area, including a well equipped gym and idyllic sauna; food was varied and very tasty (little minus for the wine); cool bar area with competent bar staff; overall staff was super friendly and extremely helpful; good location with direct connection to the slopes and frequent shuttle service... Comfortable rooms, cosy lobby , good food and skiing. There are many restaurants to choose from. There is daily entertainment in hotel Friendly and very helpfull staff and great management I hope I will be there next year!

We stayed one week at the Robinson Club in Arosa which was as always nice. Excellent hospitality combined with good food around the clock. The double bedrooms are a bit small. The staff was really friendly - club manager was a living example. Transportation to and from the ski lifts is comfortable and quick. A downhill slope to the club... More

very nice place to stay, great location, very nice indoor tennis courts and squash, great food and very friendly staff. Live theater play performed once week. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with great variety of different food, very nice cocktail bar, and Great beer, live music......
