Stayed for 2 days in Minerva, our room were cozy and comfy and the staff were helpful. Great accommodation for short trip in the Jungfrau region, everything is close enough. Only 2 minutes by walk the center of Interlaken
We stayed at Harder Minerva for for 3 nights at the begging of March.honestly, you far exceeded our expectations ! What a lovely space , your staff is the accommodating I have ever meet in any hotel. Thank you for all the team, I would highly recommended this hotel.
No public rooms, restaurant is rented to Chinese people for a Chinese restaurant , no bar. Main client group are Far Eastern people who arrive at 2300 hrs and leave at 0630 hours, They are noisy, rude, loud do not respect other residents, keep you awake late, wake you early, not very restful environment. We booked Four nights but left after two.Manager agreed and refunded as we had paid in advance. Breakfast selection was both poor and not the best quality. The whole place is faded glory, and is run down. We most certainly would never stay in this place again.
The room was superb. Bathroom newly renovated, comfortable bed, nice lights setup, very cute balcony with beautiful flowers in view directly from the bed. Kind effort from the hotel manager and staff to make sure you have everything you need. Key has to be left on the board near reception when leaving the hotel which looks a bit unsafe, however it is a secure system with an alarm. The hotel is in the old elegant building, the choice of music in the amazing breakfast room and entrance area gives it a special charm. The place has a character and warmth that feels much more welcoming then common generic hotels of the same quality. The location couldn't have been better. Totally recommend this place.
We came on a tour with cox and kings and this place was booked ...first of all they are understaffed , if if u ask for a glass of water u are refused rudely...the rooms are small not ventalated and dingy ...our bathroom had a tub that was broken..and the towels we received were basically kitchen rags...they were stained and torn and even the bedsheets had holes in them and the staff are rude and even the manager is the most rude man i have met and arrogent and are of no help...my parents are on the elderly side and while eating the manager grabbed the plates from them and told them to leave the restauraunt worst hotel ever ....never again...in my opinion this hotel should close down ..pathetic and shame on them.
