This hotel is at the base of lifts for a small section of the mountains. A bus runs to the other areas, and you can take a 10 minute walk to the next big area. The rooms are cute, typical older Swiss style. The staff were amazing & very friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent. They made me...

We stayed at this hotel recently because the one we stayed at previously was fully booked and I am very glad we did so. Very convenient location right on the slope , close to Wispile , Egli and not too far from Glacier 3000. The room was beautifully decorated in traditional swiss style , was very quiet and had excellent...

The view from the rooms are spectacular! The breakfast is nice and the room is very clean! The interior of the hotel room is also very nice! Despite the narrow alley in the receptionist area and the small elevator you can definitely enjoy your stay here! It is quite close to Glacier 3000 as well!

We stopped over in this renowned town on our trip from Lake Geneva to the North Eastern part of Switzerland. This is a typical Swiss hotel/restaurant combination. where the restaurant/entertainment part may at times override the hotel guests interests. Unfortunately this happened to us on a Friday night, with a big dinner event creating an uncomfortable noise level past mid...

Gstaad has numerous fine hotels but the Alphorn is clean and well run at a more modest price. The restaurant offers local specialties and pizza at competitive prices. Only three minutes by car to the very elegant downtown shopping area.

We stayed here for 2 nights while on a cycling trip. It's a very simple hotel -- not a lot of frills -- but the girls that worked there were really nice and they made the stay memorable. The rooms we had seemed a bit tired and worn. They were a good size, but definitely in need of some updating....

We stayed there one night and it was cosy. The shower and bathtub were relaxing and just the right thing after a long day hiking. Unfortunately I had a bad night of sleep due to the very UNCOMFORTABLE MATTRESS. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful when asked for information. We dined at the hotel's restaurant and it was...
