We felt very welcome . The owner Mr Krell and his staff are extremely welcoming! The rooms are very nice and the restaurant had wonderful dishes . We were on our way to the north of Europe and we had a wonderful stay. We will certainly try to go back !

This small hotel is situated just on the out skirts of Solothurn. Its within a short walk from the railway station, set in a reasonably quiet location.
The Staff are very friendly, and the food is fantastic "you must experience this", its mouth watering.
The rooms are very clean with TV and free Wi Fi and it also has a large car park.
I would rate the Gasthof Hotel 5 Star.

This is a hotel (Motel) located on the outskirts of Solothurn. The rooms were almost new when we stayed there in 2005. Parking is outside your room (like an American Motel). The rooms were spotless with modern fixtures. Would you expect less from the Swiss? Local friends booked us into the Hotel. At that time everyone at the Hottel spoke Swiss-German, but we did well with our little bit of German. It's easy to find, just off the A5 Autobann. It is mostly surrounded by farmland with a great view of the Jura Mountains in the distance. The Dining room serves traditionl Swiss-German fare.

Very beatiful hotel. Clean and nice rooms. The service is good as the staff. There is also the restaurant that is tidy and with a very tempting menù. The cost is reasonable.

We stopped at the Enge at a recommendation of one of the locals in Solothurn, CH, and found the staff welcoming and accommodating, the rooms clean and comfortable and the restaurant excellent. Would definitely stay here again and recommend without reservation.
