I always stay at The Ramada when I visit Solothurn. The rooms have been recently refurbished, it is clean, quiet and well maintained. The location is ideal just beside the river, with the old town only 5 minutes walk away. I can recommend the breakfast where there is a good selection of food.

A nice hotel, clean, and well located. That is about it. Very business oriented with no extras at all. Very basic rooms, Basic TV (No English speaking Channels),Basic "Gym", Very little free parking which is usually taken up by the business next door. The best part of this hotel is the location. Breakfast was OK. Same exact things on the...

The Ramada is a good place for business travelers. The rooms are adequate size, clean, and well furnished. It doesn't have much Swiss charm, but it does have a decent restaurant on site with very nice views from the patio in the evening. Service is average in the restaurant. The penthouse bar is a great place for relaxing and getting...

The rooms are ok. That's the only positive aspect and in any case that's what one would expected for the price. If you're lucky you might get a room with nice views to the river. However that's the only good thing to be said. As of the bad: - The vending machines are noisy so make sure that your room...

It's a business style hotel, simple with no luxury at all but we'll located. Near the train station and near downtown. It offers free wifi, free limited parking and free breakfast. The service is good but I think it could be better but as I said is a business hotel.

The hotel is about 10 mins waalk from solothurn town- there's not an awful lot to do there during the day but it has some shops and bars and you can book a river...

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was a fantastic pick as I travelled solo to visit friends. The train station is a 3 minute walk from the hotel and is very close to everything that you would need. Mc Donald's is right next to the train station and there is also a currency exchange within the station. The...

As well as the Hotel belongs to a big chain, the stuff is very kind and treats you cordally. I stay there every year one or two times and I always admire the great view over the Aare and the City from the Riverside. Breakfast is excellent, so I'll be back in a year.

My stay was only for one night. The plan of the rooms is the most standard rooms. Nothing special. But everything was in order. In the checking time, there was a problem in system. When I went to my room, reception called two times to receive more 4 Francs. I told him to pay tomorrow morning but at last he...
