A+ hotel for business or a wknd. The service here is a perfect 10. Great conceirge, front desk, and possibly the best front of house valet guys in world. The 2 valet guys this am I would suspect will be managing hotels in the near future. This place does it well and its super clean!

We recently stayed for 2 nights with a group tour. The hotel is directly across the street from Lake Geneva and a 15-20 minute walk to the old town area. There are a wide variety of restaurants nearby. We were originally given a room that overlooked the pool area. As soon as we walked in, the music from the pool area was overwhelmingly loud. The room was lovely, but the noise was unbearable. I immediately went back to the lobby to ask if there was another room available. I was really expecting them to say there wasn't one. As I waited for others in the group to check-in first, a hotel manager came over and asked if there was a problem. I explained about the noise and he said he would handle it. By the time I went back and got my wife, someone was waiting to escort us to a new room away from the pool noise. The room was lovely and quiet! Our luggage arrived minutes later. We were surprised at the thoughtful and efficient customer service. Later a box of chocolates arrived with a note of apology for any inconvenience. We were amazed! The hotel breakfast was good. We had no trouble finding a nearby restaurant for dinner each night. The concierge pointed us in the right direction.…

Standard room is not very spacious but at least it has AC (finally). Turn down service is slow. Comes about 9pm? Room is tired looking. Like any American hotel. TV is way too small. The bathtub is very slippery - pls be careful going in and out! Luckily the bed is comfortable and gym is small (1 machine each) but efficient and good hygiene practice - 24hrs too. It faces the river, has a nice view at the bar at ground floor. Location is good, 10min. walk to train station (without the luggage) or walk 20min. to the old town (quite a nice stroll so long weather is nice and you're not carrying a lot of things). Front desk and conceirge are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is very good! Not sure if I'll be back again as there're so many hotels in Geneva in this same location.

Amazing hotel right on the water. We stayed here for 3 nights to recover from the flight from the US. We would go touring all day and then snooze by the pool in the afternoon. Comfy beds and great service made this a special stop!

Our stay at the Hotel President Wilson was amazing. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and present whenever needed - better than any staff experience I've had at a Ritz Carlton (though I can't speak to the Ritz Carlton here in Geneva which is even more expensive per night than the Hotel President Wilson). The location is wonderful. Great view of the water, and an easy walk to many restaurants and bars. As a Bonvoy Titanium member, I was able to select breakfast as my welcome amenity. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. A huge buffet with high quality food. Custom orders for eggs, omelettes, and eggs benedict, and so much more. I'd go back just for the breakfast. I was also given two free drinks for being Titanium that could be used at any bar. Only complain is that the TV in the room was very dated. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. The room was a generous size with a lovely view. The staff were very kind in arranging a very early breakfast for which I was most grateful. I would stay here again without hesitation. However, please do book into the hotel restaurants if you want to stay here as they are often at full capacity (at least when I was there).

I accidentally left a wallet and cash when checking out. A call to the hotel confirmed it had been found and was being held. The concierge staff coordinated the return of the wallet, and it’s contents. They were extremely helpful during the process.

Came for 2 nights because I was attending a trade show in the city, I had the superior room with a city view. The service is fast and efficient rooms big and modern and the bath big with plenty of space. The bed was massive and comfy. Also strangly I really liked the carpet it was so nice to walk on. The only thing I found a bit strange and I suppose its a 5 star hotel thing is people kept coming into my room, I came back from dinner and I found my bed straight and my dirty clothes in the wardrobe and a chocolate in the pillow and the TV on that felt strange and the following day I had just had a shower and was walking around in my birthday suit and the door started to open that gave me and them a shock. This review is specifically for the Concierge team at Hotel President Wilson. I had a client staying at the hotel this month, and she needed help with a non-standard task in order to be prepared for a work meeting. The Concierge team handled it without batting an eye. The skill, attentiveness and professionalism of a hotel staff are really what earn it its five stars, and the concierge team at HPW demonstrated that clearly for us this stay.

Better than expected! Cons - WiFi is good, but could be better - gym is will equipmed but rather small. If you are alone is manageable. Pros - staff from the cleaning to everyone else are ever for polite and give their best to assist to any way possible. - overall hotel organisation is smooth - breakfast is not abundant, but quality of each food is high which in my opinion is better than the other way around. - location is so convenient. You are basically in a walk distance from most interesting places. - rooms are spacious - bathroom is functional, classic view. Maybe by modern people will be a bit outdated. However, I do like it.
