My wife and I stayed there for 7 days for business and holiday. We were taken care of the minute we arrived. Very caring reception and very fast check in. The concierge was very helping in their recommendation and thoughts were given to what my wife and I wanted. While I was on business, concierge remembered what my wife likes and immediately gave her recommendation in where to go and have lunch etc. The hotel staffs remembered our names and the warm reception makes our stay so joyful. By the way, great location with great view. Will definitely stay here again.

I surprised my husband with this stay and informed the hotel to prepare something for him, a small “Happy Birthday” letter, but I never expected that they will put so much effort to make this day unforgettable. There was also a cute welcoming and all necessities awaiting our cat. All the little gestures from the entire hotel team made us to feel so special. We also pampered ourselves for 2,5 hours at their Duo Spa Suite and I can only recommend this experience. If you are visiting during this season, you should definitely try their winter concept restaurant Le 384. Also the breakfast in the room went beyond our expectations.

I come to Geneva often and have become a regular customer to this hotel. In fact I've stayed at this hotel even when it was the old chain. In 2022 I stayed here twice and it is always my top choice whenever I come to Geneva. This time around, however, it is a big disappointment. Every time I came here I would make a specific request for "one big bed not two single beds' and always get it. This time, as it turned out, they gave me the room with two single beds but the wrap it into one with a bed sheets. This mean I could use only one part of the bed. When I told the front desk about this, the lady went to ask the supervisor and came out saying that they can't do anything about it and the room is always like this. This is a major disappointment as I know the room here well and I know it's not always like this. I also know from other who traveling with me that their rooms are all fine with one big bed. The lady at the front desk asked if I wanted to talk to her supervisor which I said no as it was cleared that they would not do anything about it. The last time I came here (in 2022) there was something I didn't like about the room but they gave me the option right away to change room and even escorted me to see the new room so that I can choose if I wanted to move or to stay in the first room. This time they did nothing. I think the service quality and service mind has dropped. The supervisor didn't even care to come out and explain things. They don't care about their regular customer. Prior to this I visited Geneva in July but stayed in another hotel (as Fairmont was full) but that hotel was so friendly and accommodating. So I think next time in Geneva I should choose other hotels that they care more about customers…

Good location. Just crossing the road, you can take free boat M1-M4 (4 routes) or walk 10 minutes to the city centre. We can ask the free pass for public transport (boat, tram, bus) from the concierge. The room is big, clean and modern. The breakfast is delicious. The staff hotel are helpful.

We changed our plans to come to Geneva for a few days and we’re thrilled we settled on the Fairmont. The property is beautify and service is excellent across the board. The rooms are comfortable and there is a great pool for swimming laps. We also had a terrific Chateaubriand at Le Grill.

Isaia was our waiter and was a 10 out of 5 stars. He was very informative with the wine and food options. Also, he helped us with our dessert options and treated us with a piece of chocolate. He was such a hard worker and pleasant guy to talk to! The food and atmosphere was excellent and would recommend friends and family to come here when they are in Geneva! Great experience & great staff!

No words can describe this place that I cannot call but “our home in Geneva”. This place was our home in summer ever since it was so called Noga Hilton, Kempinski and now, Fairmont, nothing has changed. The memories of my childhood days is still alive in every corner. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are beautifully marbled and the rooms would recommend booking either the partial lake view room or the lake view room to enjoy the scenery.
