The hotel is good, it provides everything you may need. The rooms are relatively small, but there is a conditioner and rather good bathroom conditions. No doubt - the location could not be more central! It makes it perfect for a weekend stay to explore historical center and also …
This boutique style hotel is situated in a 500-year-old building decorated with Art Nouveau paintings, furniture and works of art located in the lower old town of Bern. Some local features include the Berner Munster and Nydegg Church within 5 minutes and the Bundeshaus about 15 m…

Bern is a nice old town center and the hotel is well located but would generally recommend skipping: No A/C, small and tired elevator, missing basic amenities of a business hotel (like iron, coffee in room). No lobby to sit in, no parking, no fitness..... etc.
"The front rooms that overlook the main street"
"If you want a quieter room, ask for the ones facing the back. I chose a room facing the street because it's so pretty."
"ask for a room facing away from road"
"Try and get one facing the street, on the top floor. Quiet but fascinating."
"King Size beds available in some rooms on request when booking"
