During our time in Perugia we stayed in all three of the apartments that Eva has to offer, all three are immaculately clean with very comfortable beds. Each one has its own individual style and are very tastefully decorated. Eva and Anna could not have been more welcoming and are more than happy to help in any way they can.... More

In 2013, we treated ourselves to three months in the lovely town of Perugia. We stayed in two of Eva and Anna's fabulous apartments -- both beautifully furnished with true Italian panache and kept spotlessly clean. We particularly loved Apartment Perla which has a balcony overlooking the town. After returning to Australia, we'd often dreamed of returning to the enchanting... More

We had a great stay here. The apartments are located in the center of town. The view was amazing and the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. I was grateful for the fruit and snacks provided. The shower in our apartment was a little short for my 6-foot husband, but he managed.

This self services apartment is perfectly situated right next to Piazza IV November. Car parking is provided at 15 euros per night at a secure car park close by. Eva met us at the car park and escorted us to the apartment. She was very helpful and gave us a map and recommend a couple of restaurants. The apartment is... More

This 'resort' is three apartments on 6th floor of a building tucked into the corner of Piazza IV November - the heart of the old town. Amazing location. We had the 'silver' one bedroom apartment. It was compact but quite suitable for a short 3 day stay. It has a proper equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It was nicely... More

This is the perfect location for a stay in Perugia. Looking at the webcam of Fontana Maggiore, the edge of the building is just visible on the left. I stayed with two daughters and two grandchildren so we had the two interconnecting flats - Perla and Oro. They were both great but I preferred Perla, upstairs, as it had a... More

Stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed it very much. The apartment is bright and airy with a lovely terrace to eat or view the countryside. It is convenient for eating out or visiting the places of interest. Supermarket or deli nearby. Eva was extremely helpful and friendly and assisted us as required. Highly recommend is apartment.

We stayed in the Argento apartment. The apartments are in a building right on the main square (Piazza 4 November) in Perugia so it is an excellent location. The owner Eva was very helpful, meeting us a short distance from the apartment and leading us to the location of the garage. The drive to the garage is on some narrow... More

There are three different apartments on the top floor of this 1100's building. There is the Argento, which is where we stayed, the Oro and Perla. I don't know about the other apartments but the Argento had wonderful views of Perugia from the living/dining room and bedroom. There is a lift in the building, which is unbelievably slow but it... This apartment is right in the central square - you could not be closer to the centre. It is on the 6th floor but this historic building has the advantage of a lift. The apartment is very very comfortable and superbly decorated. The attention to detail is remarkable. We could not have wanted for any more - a genuine home... More
