This is the best Agriturismo I have ever been ! The SPA area (which is fully privatised at no extra costs!!) is in our eyes even better than what a lot of 5* hotels offer nowadays. The owners are absolutely lovely and Donatella is one of the best chefs I know. She cooks traditional Italian/Umbria cuisine with only fresh and...

I visited Borgo Mandoleto earlier this year. I found the location, service and accommodation outstanding and decided to visit again with my wife who hadn't been to Perugia and Assisi. We were certainly not disappointed. Donatella is a wonderful host and made us feel very much at home. Her cooking was fabulous and we spent each morning and evening talking...

The hosts are warm and constantly striving to make you feel welcome....

This is a very well maintained farm stay in Solomeo Perugia. The owner Donatella and her son Andrea were quiet receptive and took good care of us. They served vegetarian dinner ever day and explained how these dishes were made. The rooms were good, clean and the interior was good. Donatella guided us about the places where we should shop directly...

Loved this stay and the woners, Donatella & Pier Luigi. Teh attention to detail, the help with touring ideas, the breakfast...all outstanding. Our 3rd stay with them. The agritirismo is on a lovely piece of the countryside. The pool seting is beautiful. A great location for traveling in Umbria and Tuscany. Perugia is minutes away and easy to get to....

Last week my husband and I spent a few delightful days with Donatella & Pier Luigi Platoni at their agraturismo hotel in Solomeo, a village just outside of Perugia in Umbria. They are very welcoming natives of Perugia. Donatella is also a helpful and enthusiastic source of information about local towns and sights only a native would know about. And...

Mandoleto is a very nice and quiet place, surrounded by lovely wheat fields, just behind Solomeo, a few kms from Perugia. The lady who owns the place is very helpful and prepares very good genuine breakfasts. She even offered us a room upgrade at arrival with no extra charge. the swimming pool looks nice, even if we couldn't enjoy it...
