Very nice, smiling and helpful staff! Perfect place to stay in Siena - everything is within walking distance and it´s amacing to think that you´re staying in such an old building. Very good coffe for breakfast!

Hotel is centrally located. Staff were friendlier enough but generally we found Italian service go be poor.. Room was ok. Breakfast was average. Can't say that we were blown away after being there. It was an average stay. Hopefully, your card machine is working again.

Dear Nic, thank you for your review even if it is not what we normally expect from our guest's experience. We always try to do our best to make sure that every guest's stay is unique and special and it is very disappointing for us reading that your was average. If we had known that maybe you would have preferred...

Lovely hotel situated in quiet part of the town, staff helpful and very personable. A delight to stay in. Sienna an amazing place, we arrived by hire car parked it in the hotel car park and did not need to use it for the duration of our stay.

We travel many times in Siena and we will be happy to return to this location that is the best experience to sleep in Siena. The room was really characteristic like all the palace and the comfort was as we want. Good position to see the center of siena! Thanks

Just near to the center of Siena, the hotel was amazing. Very clean. Very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Although our late arrival, the reception was so helpful to set us a baby bad. The breakfast is ordinary but still ok.

We stayed 3 nights in Siena in our first trip to Italy. The hotel was wonderful and especially the incredible hillside views and the wonderful and helpful staff. After looking at the free parking, we decided to pay for parking as we enjoyed walking all over the city. The rooms were wonderful and the breakfasts tasty. I probably would not...

This was our second time staying here (3 nights) and loved it as much, especially the views of the Tuscan hillside from our window. In fact, when we arrived we were offered a free upgraded room on the top floor to get better views. We slept on the most comfortable king mattress we have found in Italy by far. My...

We read other TA reviews before booking here, and discounted the few negative comments as outliers. That was a mistake. I recommend you read the negative comments closely as there may be some serious issues to detract from selecting this facility, especially if you intend to use a rental car. We booked a double deluxe room at 602 Euro for...

This hotel has a history dating back through the aeons of time - amongst other things, it has been an Abbey & a Hospital. That said, it is beautifully renovated & one really feels one is stepping back in time. Our room was well appointed, had a magnificent view over the old wall of Siena & into the valley below....

A fantastic historical building but an outer wall of it seems to need better restoration. Breakfast needs improvements in terms of variety. Some basic intro info about Siena would be nice to have by the reception.
