Daniela was a wonderful host at this nice, small B&B. It's about 200 yards from the Piazza and we had no trouble with street noise. All the streets within the old town area of Siena are narrow so I'd think any room you stay at will have some traffic noise. Daniela was very helpful answering questions before we arrived and... Wonderful and extremely comfortable room in the historical heart of Siena, surrounded by great places to visit and to eat. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. I would certainly recommend Palazzo Masi to anyone!

What a thrill to look up at the massive ceiling beams and open the window shutters and view the quiet narrow street below. Perfect location just off Il Campo. Daniela and Alizzardo gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful with suggestions and arranging a taxi. A real bargain!

We stayed in the beautiful, spacious and clean unit of Daniela and her husband. The place has been in their family for generations and is very atmospheric and comfortable. It is located as centrally as you can be and we absolutely loved Sienna, the accommodation and our hosts. No complaints at all.

Daniela is such a wonderful host! The rooms are just perfect with the medieval feel of Siena. We were warm, cosy and slept like kings in this beautiful room! Such an excellent central location, just a few steps to Il campo the main Piazza. Daniela gave us the best recommendations for restaurants and shopping. We cannot wait to come back... More

We really enjoyed staying at the Palazzo Masi, but you should know that it is more like having your own apartment (but without a kitchen) than a hotel or B & B. There is no front desk and no one on duty 24/7. Daniela was super friendly and very helpful when we saw her, but that was not often. One... More

Dear Susan, many thanks for your review. We stayed 3 nights at Palazzo Masi and absolutely loved every minute of it. Daniela is extremely kind, always has a smile on her face and is very helpful. Our room was filled with antiques, and Daniela was able to share the history of several of the pieces in our room. The location is perfect; close to Il Campo and... More

First of all: great location! Ancient building in the heart of Siena, with a kind and helpful owner. Nicely decorated appartment. There are some cons though.
