The room we stayed in was wonderful - This 600+ year old room was perfect - the location is ideal (minutes from the Campo) and across the street from a wonderful wine bar and down the road from a great restaurant (Dino's - thanks to Daniela for the recommendation!). The room is decorated in antiques and everything is clean and...

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in October. The room was awesome and Daniela was very helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were all set. She recommended a half day Chianti tour which we enjoyed immensely. The room was large and comfortable. The rooms are in a private apartment building located about...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Siena in large part due to Daniela's warm welcome. When we checked in she provided us a map and orientation to the city as well as suggesting booking a wine tour for the next day which we did. The tour added a special touch to our stay as we visited two wineries and two...

My husband accidentally booked us in a room on the 3rd floor that had a shared bathroom with other suites on the floor. I asked him to see if we could switch to a room with a private bathroom. Even though they didn't have one available, Daniela the owner, moved heaven and earth to help us and was able to...

Yes, Danieala was nice. This is her business. Yes, the location is great. But really...it is next to another building, people eating dinner, children screaming.. with the street below and NOISE. No AC so if you open a window..noise. You have to be prepared to walk up two flights. Stone. And it is not inexpensive. We left after one night...

This was an unpleasant experience for us. This guest booked by us four nights. She had lots of problems in arriving: thanks to the taxi I founded and sent by her she arrived here, after another phone-calling from the driver because she wasn't able in providing him any address, already stated on the confirmation all guests usually have on hand.I helped...

Daniela is a charming hostess of this 800 year old Pallazo Masi. The entire Pallazo was cleaned spotless. We walked easily to where we wanted to go. High end food can be found a few steps from the door. She booked our tours and taxi service with no worries. We loved the entire experience!!!

Daniela was a wonderful host at this nice, small B&B. It's about 200 yards from the Piazza and we had no trouble with street noise. All the streets within the old town area of Siena are narrow so I'd think any room you stay at will have some traffic noise. Daniela was very helpful answering questions before we arrived and...

What a thrill to look up at the massive ceiling beams and open the window shutters and view the quiet narrow street below. Perfect location just off Il Campo. Daniela and Alizzardo gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful with suggestions and arranging a taxi. A real bargain!

We stayed in the beautiful, spacious and clean unit of Daniela and her husband. The place has been in their family for generations and is very atmospheric and comfortable. It is located as centrally as you can be and we absolutely loved Sienna, the accommodation and our hosts. No complaints at all.
