The rooms were fine -- good sized, well-equipped. And the WiFi was strong and fast (what a nice surprise). The breakfast was appropriate -- a selection of cakes and cookies and a little fruit, meat, bread and cheese. Not too fancy, and that's just fine. The only possible complaint is that I was under the impression that free parking was... More

If you want full service or upscale, go somewhere else but this small (5 guest rooms, I think) B+B was perfect for us and is a great value for the price. As others have noted, the location is easy walking distance from the old city. The wifi worked well and the breakfasts offered juices, hot drinks, fresh pastries, cereals, yogurt... More

Location is perfect, the only little issue is it is located in 3rd floor with many steps but obviously it is normal in old Italian buildings. The price is almost reasonable. We stayed only one night and didn't try its breakfast. Although the building is old everything is clean and bathrooms are renovated completely.

This was a nice and clean B&B. We were given the suite which was nice as it was very spacious. It was very quiet and located in a nice neighbourhood. It is in an excellent location, about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the historic centre. They provide a good breakfast. The staff is very friendly. There is free... More

We stayed for 3 Nights in September in a double room and a twin room. The location is fabulous, in a really quiet area, 10 minutes walk to the main attractions, 5 minutes walk from restaurants and shops. The rooms are simply decorated with all the basics. Cleaning could be much better, some dust in the room, but for a... More

Having made a booking after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor, i expected this b&b to be fantastic, but all we got was average. The b&b is located on the second floor, no lifts, so you will have to carry up your luggage by stairs. This is not really an issue for me, since a bit of exercise never killed anybody!... More

Beautiful large room, large and clean bathroom, friendly host, cosy balcony, very good breakfast, very good location on walking distance of the centre of Siena. You can park for free in the neighborhood of the bed &breakfast (look at the signs, in some streets you have to pay). Highly recommended.

I rarely do B and Bs but this was a superb choice for my first overnight (s) stay in Siena. A 15 minute walk from Il Campo and bars and restaurants it's in a nice leafy neighbourhood of grand mansion villas (just yards from the number 3 bus from Siena station - if you can find the stop!). The welcome... More

Le Chiarine is a great option in Siena. We stayed 3 nights over Easter weekend, and the B&B was very quiet, yet only 10-15 mins walk from the historical centre. The breakfast was good each day, and the room spacious. The owners were also very helpful and friendly. A great option.

Bed and Breakfast Le Chiarine is tucked away from the city, but not too far of a walk to get to the main area. Easy walking distance to city center, right by the soccer stadium. The room was spacious, the private bathroom had plenty of room. Opening the windows and seeing beautiful Tuscany is by far the best part of... More
