This hotel has a beautiful presentation and the best breakfast out of 5 hotels that we stayed at throughout Italy. The BIG problem was the noise!!! And the terrible beds that caused serious back aches. The room was plain as well as the shower not working properly. I would not stay here again but would definetly eat here.

Stayed here for two nights, the room was bare (no pictures etc) with minimal cheap furniture, however it was clean as was the bathroom, just a shower, the water pressure was pathetic. We did have a lovely (if public) balcony, with plantings that were barely surviving. Location was good, staff helpful and pleasant, hotel should give instructions to enter this...

I stayed here for 2 nights in July. It was a clean hotel. The room was clean, but very dark colors which made it feel dreary. It went with the theme of the city though, and the whole city is medieval. The bathroom was my favorite part: it seemed to be brand new, and gleamed. I actually kept the door...

The hotel is well located and has some attributes...but is a bit tired. Worked well for our one night stay, but for an extended return stay in beautiful Siena, we will most likely try another hotel. The room we had was relatively small and under amenitized (poor AC, limited view, no balcony, etc.)

We stayed at this hotel last minute. Every other hotel in Siena was booked, and we were very happy to get such a clean room in such a good location at the last minute. There was some confusion over the number of nights we wanted to stay, so we were only there for 1 night but it was enough to...

We stayed at the Chiusarelli on our tour through Italy and loved it. The location was great - within short walking distance of the centre of the city, and seconds away from the soccer stadium, the Wednesday market and tons of restaurants and shops. The staff were so helpful - they carried our luggage to the room, and helped us...

siena is a small town and the hotel is an easy walk from piazza gramasci (bus stop) and to the lovely piazza del campo. it was convenient to return to the hotel anytime during the day. note that the streets in siena are a bit confusing so carry a map. our room was clean and was on the first floor...

This hotel is a true gem! We had a wonderful stay and would return without hesitation. The staff was friendly, very attentive and spoke excellent English. The room was very large, clean as a whistle, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and, since there was very little noise from either the street or from the other guests, we...

We stayed here in july 2003. We got an excellent, quite large room on the ground floor, which worried me a bit before entering the room, since I had read about the noice from the street. However we got a quiet room facing the back of the hotel with a balcony and table and chairs. Do as we did, just...

We moved to this hotel after having some problems with sewer-like odors in a nearby one star. The hotel has a very beautiful marble lobby that is an excellent public space. Our room was in the back, thus quiet and had a very nice view and private balcony. I would not recommend a room on the very busy street side....
