Very nice hotel with comfortable beds, decent sized bathroom and private balcony. Make sure you get a room in the back looking over the soccer field if you want to not hear the road noise. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was a huge buffet of everything you'd want. Location is less than 5 minutes to the Campo and...

We loved the charm, perfect location, the quiet, the size of our room, the comfortable bed, the contemporary, marble bathroom and good sized shower (a first for all the hotels we were at during our 12 day trip to Italy), the wonderful attention to detail architecturally, with interior design, the serene, iconic murals painted on the walls, the indoor columns,...

This hotel came well recommended by our Rick Steve's tour guide. We enjoyed the location of the hotel, within the city walls, across from the Cathedral of St Catherine and close to the city center. Walking distance to everything worth seeing in Siena. Nice large clean room with windows that kept the noise out. Many thanks to the front desk...

Hotel Chiusarelli is very close to the historic center. There are great restaurants nearby. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Their is no lift, but the front desk clerk carried our luggage up to the 2nd level for us. Our room was on the small side, but we only needed it to sleep at night so it was no...

The Hotel Chiusarelli was charming, and perfect for our three night stay in Siena. Friendly desk staff speaks english. Room was sizeable, quiet and comfortable. Extra requested bath sheets were in bathroom when we checked it. Refrigerator in room. Easy walk even with heavy luggage to the bus station right down the street for travel to/from Florence and side trips,...

Staff is polite and friendly. Rooms clean. The shower in my room was tiny. OK for me but maybe not for a bigger person. Breakfast buffé ok. Just a shorts walk from historical centre of Siena and close to the bus station. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Hotel Chiusarelli for just the one night whilst travelling through Tuscany. Great location: a short walk away from the city's historic centre. Accommodation/Facilities: the room was spacious and clean. Wifi also good. Complementary continental breakfast included. Staff: really friendly. Recommended where we could park overnight for free which was really useful! (hotel does not have parking) and how...

The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the bus station area. It is also a very easy walk to the heart of town, the Campo area. Although it is an older building, it has been completely updated retaining its charm. My single room was a large room with a very small bathroom, which is not unusual for many...

For a 3 Star hotel Chiusarelli is quite good. Well located just a short distance to begin the easy walk through this beautiful, historical City. Hotel staff do their job without excess, helpful with advice and recommendations when asked. The hotel is clean with modest but appropriate furniture for its rating. The breakfast is good and is quite typical. WiFi...

“Ask for a room in the back with a balcony.”

“Upper floors, for the view and fresh air, but know that there is no elevator and there is noise from a nearby A/C unit”
  • Could use an extra outlet in a more practical place than one at the desk and two near the floor
  • Marble floors and walls, seamless glass shower; larger than most!
