Near the Garibaldi Parc and bus stations to go every where very central if you want to visit near cities and towns. Clean rooms and very rich breakfast in the mornings..But for easterners no olives to eat in Tuscany.. Only for oil..and easier to consume..)))
Love the town.... streets, history, shops, and :the paleo. We could stay there for a week at least and drink in the day to day life of this town. Only negative was the smell of dogs peeing in the streets. Hundreds of dogs and pee just everywhere.
The only good thing is the breakfast. Shower pressure was ridiculous, water temperature too cold or too hot, no way to regulate. Room condition was poor, items damaged never repaired. Also location is not the best, 20 min walk to Duomo. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
The only thing that was sort of missing was famous restaurant in the hotel, but lots of them are nearby, so that was not that important. Otherwise, choice of food at breakfast could be bigger. Overall very nice and friendly staff. Good hotel, no complaints.
The lobby is quite imressive but the rooms not so. Weird smells in our first room (i think they allow pets) so we were 'upgraded' . Not terrible but reminded me of old holiday inns. Breakfast was good. Location good. Decent value for money, but dont expect modern rooms.
"The higher floors have better views"
"request a room with a balcony"
"Ask for rooms looking to the park"
"Be very clear about the view you want. My view for 3 nights was right at the tree leaf level & I could see nothing."
"Try to avoid rooms with view to the stadium on the back of the hotel especially if there is a football game scheduled"
