Arcobaleno is a good, welcoming and quiet comfortable place to stay - a little outside the city walls, but a nice walk to the centro historico and there is a bus if needed. In the other direction its an easy walk to the escalators that lead to the train staion Staff were very good (we'd had a problem adjusting the... More

We were booked to stay at another hotel and that hotel was fully booked so booked us here. Staff was friendly. Room seemed clean and fine size. It's a dated hotel and quite far from the old city center though. Would not have booked here on my own but was not terribly disappointed either. At least the room seemed clean.

This was a lovely place to stay on our road trip to Tuscany. 15/20 minute walk into town, this hotel offered safe parking and a great welcome to this beautiful city and area. There is a lovely terrace to sit and relax at, and the staff were very welcoming and informative. The room we had was quite small and not... More

It is a small hotel, a bit far from the city center, but still withing walking distance approx.20-30 minutes walk to piazza del Campo. It can be quiet or a bit more noisy depending where the room is located, I had some noise from the street but during night most of the traffic stops so that was not a problem.... More

This is a small, full-service hotel which is very quaint. Rooms are relatively large and ensuite. 303 is more quiet and faces the rear with a view if the hills- very nice. Breakfast is excellent, though nothing hot except coffee. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly- absolutely wonderful. Very good restaurants in the area as well as bus stop... More

This hotel is clean with nice comfortable rooms. We wish to thank Fabio, Jensen and Mario for your friendly smiles, assistance with our luggage and information regarding catching a bus to Firenze. We had a very enjoyable stay. Your breakfast buffet, although not large, was tasty and adequate - all a person needs before setting out to explore the old... More

Our stay in Hotel Arcobaleno has been fantastic! It's a small, quaint establishment, that's about 1 km outside of the main city gates. The customer service was superb. The staff was polite and very friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed, and even helped plan a tour to a local vineyard for us which was excellent. We were... More
