Spent a couple of very pleasant days at this cheery, reasonably basic little hotel. Purely by luck we were there just before the famous 'Palio' horse race, which they rehearse for the few days running up to the big event, so we went along to the Piazza Del Campo and enjoyed the terrific atmosphere. The whole of Sienna was buzzing,... More

The Paradiso hotel style units are located near Duomo and make a perfect base to sigh see Siena. The rooms are modern and have great beds and are roomy. Being in the old cith car parking can be managed by the staff or you can park out of the old city near marco polo portal and catch bus 254. We... More

We visited this hotel last week. It's in a fabulous location in Siena and the staff were so helpful and informative about the city and funny too. There's a lovely little kitchen for guests and a beautiful garden. Would love to return sometime. Fabulous!!

This venue was really excellent. It's in a great location, it's clean, the family room for 4 was spacious enough with all of our luggage. It was good value too. The highlight is the staff, they are super! Their unprompted effort to inform us of the places to see, to eat and what to experience was really appreciated. Their advice... More

We found this hotel to be warm, inviting, clean and hospitable. We were met by Fredrico, who helped us with our bags and was extremely warm and friendly. Although we stayed only one night, we would certainly stay here again. It's not a "big lobby, concierge-driven, 5 star feel...but more the feeling of staring with family in their wonderful home.... We stayed in this hotel for two nights in May 2016. We arrived at the train station and had to take a taxi to the hotel since private automobiles are restricted in Siena. The streets are narrow and the cars seem to pleasantly coexist with pedestrians. The room we were assigned was across the street from the main building. 'Room'... More

Arrived from Florence by train for a three night stay. Theand walk from the station took about 40 minutes initially using the escalators in the shopping centre opposite the station and then mainly the pedestrianised, narrow city centre streets. The reception office and accommodation are on part of the first floor of what must have been a large house (or... More

Very pleasant owners. Very helpful. You'd never find it without the hotels own provided directions. No elevators so there are two flights of stairs to reception. They happily give Assistance with luggage though and it's worth paying extra for valet parking. One of our party was disabled so we had to ask for bath slip mat but they immediately came... More

The location was perfect. Very close to the cathedral. This place is extremely well-run. We let the staff know we would be arriving after their reception closes, and they gave us simple instructions to let ourselves into our room. The room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed (extra pillows, toiletries, etc). We'd definitely stay here again.

My friend and I decided to make an overnight visit to Sienna from Florence. We loved Sienna so much we decided to stay an extra night. although we spent the first night in one of the apartments, these were booked out so we were given a very pleasant room in the hotel. The area is first class for walking to... More
