Needless to say that it's my second home, isn't it? :) You can choose Mario's and Annalinda's tremendous spot only if you want to feel yourself like in paradise. Starting with the garden, the entire house and their care for details and finishing with the small talk done with Mario when regarding the rose garden and the beautiful pool in... More

We are a family of 5 and enjoyed our one week stay in July at Podere San Luigi. The downstairs apartment is beautiful and very spacious- they call it a 1 bedroom, but there is a large additional sitting room which our 3 teen/tweens slept in. The outdoor table and garden area was great to have access to. It looks... More

We have just returned from this wonderful place, for the second time. My husband Phil and I love Podere San Luigi and the lovely owners: Annalinda, Mario and Valentina. Valentina now has two beautiful daughters since we went three years ago. In the meantime the Podere has been renovated too, and it is always a pleasure to eat one of... More

My husband and I have just returned from a lovely relaxing week at Podere San Luigi. Mario and Analinda are perfect hosts, and as well as cooking us a delicious meal one evening, did everything they could to enhance our stay, from recommending local wine tasting events to trying to smooth out the slightly bumpy road to allow our (very... We have recently returned from our fifth visit to this wonderful place. Why do we return? Because it is peaceful, tranquil, comfortable. It has wonderful views from the rooms (rolling hills, vinyards, green countryside), comfortable furnishings, a fantastic swimming pool, lots of comfy chairs in the pool area, plenty of shade....I could go on for ever! The owners, Mario and... More

Every now and then the half-way holiday blues steers your thoughts back home...the old familiar places, your own bed, tomatoes in the greenhouse, your pet dog in kennels. It happens always....but not here. After three days I was past caring. The bed was great, in every sense; the garden here is Eden; there are plums on the trees and kittens... More

We've stayed here from 17 august till 24 august. The farmhouse is in Pancole at 6 km to San Gimignano si Certaldo, so you need a car. We stayed in one of the " small" apartment from upstairs. The apartment is huge, very clean and the furniture is beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment doesn't have a balcony...
