After a somewhat hectic tour, the few days we spent at Casanova di Pescille were a slice of heaven! Not only were we warmly greeted upon arrival, but the closed kitchen prepared a wonderful late evening meal for us. Our room was lovely, and overlooked the Tuscan hills. The grounds at this agriturismo are beautiful, with lovely outdoor picnic areas...

Very relaxed place 40 minutes walk from San Gimignano. Nice relaxed area around the pool with a self service bar. Room was spacious and restaurant on the premises is nice. Rate was much better than other places around. Only comment is that breakfast pastries could be of a bit better quality.

Just spent a fabulous few days at Casanova di Pescille. From the warm welcome to the best food we have eaten in Tuscany it is hard to fault. The location is ideal for exploring San Gimignano, Siena and surrounds. Although it is an equally perfect place to relax by the generous pool and garden. If we come back to Tuscany...

Loooove this b&b! Every morning when you wake up, you realize that you are in Tuscany!!! When we arrived and saw the house and garden, rooms ...- it was experience much better and a lot more than what we expected! Room was really something special - stone wall, big wrought iron bed, natur around the house... Wow!

My family and I spent 2 nights at Casanova di Pescille and I wish we had been able to stay for a week! This is a small, family owned Agriturismo and the smallness of the property is what makes it so special. When we arrived the Fanciullini family made us feel right at home, which isn't difficult to do given...

This charming little hotel is more like a B&B. It's the perfect spot to rest and relax after touring through the crowded towns and cities of Tuscany. It's a little slice of heaven. The staff was outstanding. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. If you're looking for a quiet retreat at the end of a long day -...

We stayed here for 6 nights in May and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located in Tuscany so is a great place for day trips. The inn and grounds are beautifully kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was some of the best we had in Italy. We enjoyed our stay here immensely...

I love this place - just returned from a second visit (and we don't usually visit the same place twice, but we needed a relaxing break...) The family are so welcoming, including the cats and dog! Roberto stayed up late to wait for us on the first night because our plane was a late arrival... and the food is sensational....

“When we go again we will ask for one of the downstairs rooms with a terrace.”
TWRRWRBCB, Aug 21, 2015 | Read review
“I don't think you can go wrong. We stayed in one of about 5 rooms above the dining room and kitchen so went down the stairs to the terrace outside both. Despite walking up stairs next to the kitchen, there was no noise or odor coming through. Our friends had a room off a terrace both of which were on the other side of the dining room. There is another room like theirs with a terrace and a separate building that appeared to have two stories for couples, families, or several friends.”

“Of the 8 rooms in the main building, two on the ground level have their own terrace with a table, chairs, and umbrella. If this appeals to you, it is worth asking for one of them.”
