Stayed there last summer. Breakfast is poor with almost no choices. The receptionists however compensate- they are kind and polite. Rooms are small and the wi fi has extremely bad signal. There is no safe in the room, only an old air con machine and a small list of TV channels available. Not impressed!

This is the second time my partner and I have stayed in this hotel. The first time we enjoyed it very much but this time it wasn't as good. We had a nice enough room but a very weak shower which always is a downer for us. We also had very noisy neighbors and could hear everything through the walls... More

We stayed for only one night but were very pleased with our room in the historic part of the hotel. Our room was very clean and had its own terrace. Also enjoyed the rooftop terrace where we could see the top of the Pisa tower and other landmarks. The friendly staff gave us great advice on where to go for... More

Nice, friendly family run hotel. Room was clean, a bit small but very quiet. Breakfast was great - we would return to this hotel in a heartbeat!! Nice, central location as well. Front desk workers were wonderful.

Excellent value for money and the location is so close to the tower! There may be a few small areas for improvement however the rooms are impressively clean, good wifi throughout, friendly staff, an impressive roof terrace and a good breakfast makes this one of the best value for money stays we've had. Hugely recommend for price competitiveness and a... More

My husband & I stayed at this hotel at 1 night in late August of this year. It is a family owned, small hotel. The son of the owner, was very kind & helped us out by printing out the train schedule, and the wife of the owner, she gave me her nail polish remover so I could finally remove... More

Negatives - it's not easy to find, especially in a car (Pisa is a car unfriendly city). - the rooms ( or at least our room) are very small, BUT Positives. - the hotel is clean, friendly, quiet, and yet within an easy walk of everything on the usual tourist trail. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the bed... More

The hotel was handy for the sights but on a quiet street. We stayed in a classic room in the tower house which was very comfortable and even more quietly located at the back of the hotel. There was a 'shared use' balcony at the end of the corridor, though some rooms have their own balcony. There was a smell... More

We had a disabled friendly room with a large bathroom and walk in shower. The ensuite had a glass ceiling so as not to damage the historic roof as it was located in the tower house. We also had a balcony which would have given us a great view of the tower but a tree got in the way! The... More

This is an excellent 3 star hotel in central Pisa. Staff very helpful and courteous. Our room (203) was well appointed; the breakfast was good and the views from the roof terrace were amazing. Thank you.
