In October 2016 we made 2 bookings for Il Toscano (first and last night of our stay in July) and received a booking confirmation through Booking.com. In februari 2017 they contacted us saying they made a pricing mistake and that the price should have been 100 euro instead of 40 euro. Il Toscano offered to let us stay for 95...

We chose this accommodation as it seemed to offer quirky little rooms with an authentic Italian feel rather than a standard hotel room. On arrival we were welcomed and shown to our room by a friendly young lady who explained everything to us. Our room was a nice size and had a rustic Italian feel to it. The bed was...

Rented out apartment for 4 nights for 7 people in August. It is located very close to the leaning tower, but we very disappointed in our stay. While we were out seeing the sites, staff came into our locked apartment several times and used the washing machine, dishwasher, etc. for other apartment's dishes and linen. We didn't pay to share...

Literally around the corner from the Leaning Tower. 2 bedroom room was huge and had a very convenient kitchen and washing machine. Large separate lounge room was also good for relaxing. Restaurant downstairs was also great. Parking on the street (for a fee) was also convenient.

Start with the positives, this is in a great location and the room was clean however as some other reviewers have stated we were also placed in an 2 bedroom apartment to share with another guest. When we were shown the room there no indication that we were sharing the apartment with anyone, however when we returned from lunch someone...

Our family (including 3 children and 3 grannies besides my husband and me) spent 3 nights in this friendly and well equipped b&b luxury family suite. It was more than comfortable for all of us. Very clean rooms and very charming atmosphere. Friendly young staff, leaning tower in the close neighbourhood. Absolutely recommended for families, too.

Location, location, location. It could not be closer to the leaning tower. Breakfast is served in the restaurant was OK. It was the only B&B, which we decided during our trip to Italy. We chose the B&B instead of a hotel to make you feel ... Italy. Even better that they have a "family" tavern. Well ... We expected the...

The room was charming, clean and fully equiped and the staff very helpful and polite. Also excellent restaurant run by the owners! The location is perfect for sight seeing as it is close to all main attractions and only 50 steps from Pisa's leaning tower!

The apartmant has 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. It was not mentioned on booking.com at all. There was picture about the bathroom, but no word about the shared bathroom! It is really deceptive. The other couple we had to share the aparment and the bathroom with, did not know it neither. I would not choose it once again, and recommend...

We stayed overnight in Pisa and loved this BnB. Just 2 blocks from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room was large, very clean and extremely comfortable bed. The room also had a kitchenette, which we didn't use since this room was over a restaurant. The air conditioner didn't get as cold as we would have liked, but overall this...

“- if you want a dark room you have to close the shutters located on the outside of the building to reduce noise and light. - there are no mosquito nets on windows common for Europe FYO- If you think that a lot of food taste the same in Italy -food at most touristy restaurants serve food pre made from a distributor. All the restaurant does is preheat.”
