They answer very quick to e-mails you send upfront. Very friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious. Our bathroom was very modern, nice an super clean. The queen size bed was cery comfortable. The breakfast buffet is standard. Ham, cheese, water and coffee. The room you have breakfast in is super nice. I highly recommand that hotel!!

The hotel is in a good position for walking to the town and the sites, it situated on the second floor of a beautiful old building, it's well decorated and there are nice places to have a sit and read, coffee and tea are available all day. I would not call it a hotel it really a B and B.... More

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Renovated in January 2013 by someone with excellent taste, perhaps the lovely owner who was ever so helpful. The hotel is in a residence built in the 1700s and has a few impressive paintings gracing its walls. It is in a street away from the action which could be good or bad depending on your tastes....no views... More

We were not disappointed with this accommodation. Yes the toilet doesn't have a door!! But clearly they have made best use of the space. Very convenient location we walked with cases to the railway station when we left 20 mins. Lots of restaurants near by. Use of the little lounge area was a bonus and having drinks and snacks available... More

I can only recommend this place to you if you either contact the owner and ask for a specific room OR you don't mind that you end up in a room where the WC is directly inside, without a door and without being separated from the rest of the room. I was very disappointed because I specifically asked for a... More

The B&B it self was quit charming everything was well decorated and so on. But for 120 euros it is definitely not worth it. The bathroom didn't have a door and was made our of glass that doesn't go all the way to the ceiling, the sink is beautiful but spills water all over you when u try to wash... More

The biggest takeaway is the friendliness of the people running this B&B Location: It is about 20minutes walk in a straight line from the train station, through mainly pedestrian high streets The street it is on looks a bit rough to be honest, with graffiti on the wall and a car park nearby with people hanging around there in the... Before booking at this venue, I read all the reports I could find. Whilst most were complementary there were a couple which left a small doubt in my mind. I should not have worried. Firstly, this is not a typical hotel. There is no reception desk, no room service or bar and no corporate identity. It is simply a Pisan... More

I wish we could have stayed at the Residenza D’Epoca for more than two nights. The Laura room was just lovely with period ceiling frescos, quality bedding, antique furniture, and an ultra-modern, stylish en-suite. The room also had a wardrobe, room safe, hair dryer, and bathrobes and slippers. Though the Laura room faces the street we were not bothered by... More

We arrived in Pisa after a long drive from Assisi in mid afternoon. The GPS took us directly to the front door. Do not expect obvious signage. The residence is just that, a bed and breakfast housed in an old fading facade. But what awaits behind the green door!? An old elegant complex of rooms with some modern twists. We... More
