Great hotel this. Inexpensive, clean, comfortable , good bathrooms and lovely upper floor communal area. Staff are charming and helpful. Well located and worth a shot. The cocktail bar is worth a whirl as well. It's also stylishly decorated like most Tuscan hotels.

We recently stayed here for two nights. It is a beautiful small hotel. Our room and bathroom were comfortable with many interesting details. I assume it was recently renovated, because it all was extremely clean and felt new. The lobby, the garden, the bar, and the breakfast room were all so inviting. The staff was helpful and pleasant. It is...

The hotel is marketed as the only 5 star in the center of Pisa. I would not give this hotel 3 stars. It was dirty and badly kept. Our room had the bedside light broken and hanging off the wall. I complained and was moved to another room where the ensuite toilet was continuously running water. When I complained about...

If you want modern luxury, then the Relais is not for you. But if you want quaint old-fashioned charming in a great location with very friendly staff, then look no further. Our family party of eight was looked after very well. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and found the free prosecco and snacks at any time an added bonus.

Beautiful old fashioned charm. Calm and quiet. Nice to eat breakfast in the patio. The single room was larger than usual. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Excellent location between the Tower and Piazza Cavalieri. Cons: The room, especially the bathroom, was a little worn down. Breakfast had an eclectic and delicious spread, but few healthy and vegan options....

Very closed to the leading towel which makes the visit so much easier, we could visit in the late evening when the plaza is pretty empty, and the leading towel is there for YOU. The hotel itself is old, the room is small and old as well. Luckily the bathroom is renovated and nice, the breakfast offers lots of choices,...

Good location. Terrible breakfast ( no fresh fruit, hard bread etc etc). Ended up taking the kids out for breakfast after failing to find anything worth eating. I don't mind old fashioned but it needs a refurb.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable accommodation. Really enjoying this quiet but central hotel. Easy access to all of Pisa & transport to other Tuscany destinations via cheap & regular public transport.
