The hotel is not close to any important attraction, I experienced a few issues, with booking system not working properly between trip advisor app and the hotel booking system with my phone, receptionist not very friendly (though they apologised later on, not good first contact). After 3 iterations I was able to get my room that I booked. Not enough...

Stayed here as it is advertised as the closest hotel to Pisa airport and we had an early morning flight. Not actually easy to get to the airport from here- only accessible by taxi if you do not have a car! Cost 22 Euros at 5 am in the morning. Hotel is accessible from central Pisa by the number 5...

We arrived to the hotel at 1:10PM and they very rudely told us that they don't allow checking in until 2PM, inviting us to leave or wait until then, basically ignoring us. The hotel is in an industrial zone, and nothing nearby was open on Sunday. When we returned to the hotel, where we had booked two rooms, they informed...

The room was lovely, but only if you're planning to eat out and explore. The rooms were clean and a nice size. I don't have a bad word to say about it. The breakfast in the morning was fine for me - eggs, sausages and the usual breads and baked goods, fruit and yoghurt, fruit juices, coffees and teas.

This hotel proved to be over and above our expectations. The hotel was clean, the rooms were good in size, the double bed was a good size and comfortable. The services within the hotel were good. An excellent breakfast was provided. The only issue was that it was in a remote area (we were told it was the closest to...

What a fantastic stay we had in this hotel. School group of over 70 boys..great hospitality, good breakfast...and very clean rooms in a quiet area. I will always use this hotel again. Great to be out of central Pisa....what a pleasure.

Would not recommend. Very basic and whilst clean first room was smelt of smoke, second better but colleagues had same problem as well as a faulty shower. Breakfast very poor, no breakfast tea, scrambled egg was like rubber and two options for cereal.
