A very nice hostel only 2 mins walk from the train station and bus station also only 15 mins walk from the airport. Though you can get the pisamover train for 5 euros. Ideal if you want to go Florence as well only 8.70 euros to Firenze SMN station .It is about a 20 min walk to the leaning tower The staff are very friendly, and the food and drink are very reasonably priced at the hostel. There is a garden area outside with benches and sunbeds, table tennis table etc and a drum kit inside if any body fancies playing music. Altogether a nice cheap place to stay

Only ten minutes walk from the central station and within walking distance of pretty much everything you could want to see in Pisa. The downstairs cafe / chill area is where this hostel wins big points. Everything seems very well organized here and signs with clear descriptions are everywhere. The food and beverage offer is incredible: fresh juices, salads, pasta, etc. There are several gluten free, vegetarian and even vegan options for all meals, which is something that I highly appreciate. The prices are a little bit on the expensive side for most of the food, especially breakfast. However there are no kitchen facilities for the guests to use, so there are no options to save money and cook for your self, put something in the fridge or even make a cup of tea. (A cup of tea costs 1,5 Euro in the cafe) I was in a four bed female dorm room. And as great as the downstairs lounge is, as basic was the room: the mattress was awful and there was no shelf or lamp by the bed. The bathroom door didn't have a lock, which to me is unacceptable. There was no hand soap and the bin didn't have a lid, so the trash was visible. Normally when I go to the bathroom, I like to lock the door, do my business without having to see other people's dirty trash and wash my hands afterwards. From 12.00 to 15.00 o'clock the rooms are cleaned and during that time no one is allowed upstairs. Not even to pick something up from your room. So if you forgot something or was planning to take a nap, bad luck. The door to the room does not lock automatically, you have to lock it with a key. When I came back to the room after cleaning left, the door was unlocked. The garden is not a garden, it is an outdoor terrace like area. There are spots in the shadow as well as the sun, you can eat and chill here and if you're not expecting a lush, green oasis this space is very nice. The internet connection is terrible. My conclusion is that this is a really nice little cafe that happens to have a few beds upstairs. However I would recommend this hostel to others as I think it is fair value for money.

HOSTEL Pisa (formerly known as Safestay) is a short and easy walk from the airport (15mins) and around 7 mins to the train station. Approximately 25 mins to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. I slept in an ensuite 4 bed dorm where there were lockers and enough space to spread out. There are power sockets at each bed which are comfortable enough. The air con is a bit hit and miss, it is centrally controlled by the hostel but they turn it off in the morning meaning its hot as hell during the summer months. Downstairs they have a restaurant with a bar and a decent cozy outside area with tables and a projector screen. A first we thought they might have rats in the outside courtyard upon closer inspection they have tiny Hedgehogs living out in the garden, don't be an arse hole and throw stones at them like others were.

A great place to stay if you are travelling to Pisa! It is just a 5 mts walk from Pisa Centrale and around 20mts walk to Leaning tower of Pisa - the location is spot on! I was bit nervous to stay in a hostel being a solo traveller! But the moment i stepped into pisa hotel, i knew i made the right choice! Amazing customer service, this place has got a small but stylish restaurant space and a bar - a great outdoor space to hangout - and great english speaking staffs! I chose 4 bed dorm to stay - the room and the bathroom were super clean - the bed was comfy. They have got a locker in the bedroom - but make sure you carry your own lock. Also you need to carry your own toiletries including towel or you can get them at a very reasonable price from the hostel itself! The only negative would be, the temperature inside the room was not too comfy and it started getting hot after a while- tho the centralized ac was running! Nevertheless, great place for a great price! Hope to go back soon!

I stayed here for 2 nights on my first solo trip & it couldn’t have made a better first impression of the hostel world! The staff were so welcoming on arrival and nothing was too much of an ask. The rooms are very clean, and en-suite bathrooms make the hostel very appealing. The hostel itself is also very clean and modern, with a great common area (pool table and bar inside, ping pong, table football, large tv outside). Food is very cheap but good quality. Location is fantastic - 5/10 minute walk to the centre train station and 10/15 minute walk to the airport. Absolutely fantastic stay!
