Stayed here for one night while visiting Pisa. Very comfortable room, although dated it was clean with a big shower and good wifi. Staff great. Pretty decent breakfast. Located just 200 metres from the train station. Reasonable quiet with a good nights sleep

- noisy location (very busy street) - without sound insulation between rooms - dirty walls - dated furniture - poor breakfast - unpleasant smell inside the room - the shower is tiny + Only positive is that it’s near the station

Stayed at the hotel on the way home from Florence to Manchester as we had an early flight. The hotel foyer and eating area was quite nice. Staff were very friendly. Bedroom was basic but adequate. It was very dated. The bathroom was in need of a complete refurb. The shower head sprayed water everywhere and the shower cubicle could do with a deep clean. That said it was in an excellent position right near the train station and a 20 minute walk to Leaning Tower.

I stayed one night in this hotel. It was average but ok. There were no coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was provided but was rather basic. The room was clean. The lady at reception was friendly. There was no bar or restaurant. The hotel is very near the station. The stay was ok for just one night but I am not sure I would wish to stay longer.

These are the sweetest people you’re going to meet. They’ll do everything to take care of you, and the cappuccino is fantastic. But you need to be ready for an old Italian hotel. My room was clearly marked no smoking - but good lord, it’s likely been smoked in for a century. Bed is small and hard. The shower is tiny: my elbows banged the plastic doors I-don’t-know-how-many times. There are many flights of stairs up and down which you’ll haul your luggage. It’s on a busy street with lots of noise. This is Europe- buildings are old. Updates can take care of tile, but they won’t make rooms bigger. If you can’t deal with that, or especially if the lack of elevator is too challenging, consider a modern hotel. But here: you’ll get sweet people, a location great for walking, little pizza/pasta places nearby.
