We stayed here with our 2 adult daughters for 5 nights as a 18th birthday present for our youngest even though we had to wait till she was 19 because of lockdowns. What a beautiful place! The welcome was as amazing as the apartment itself. Simona couldn't do enough for us she was always available for any questions or advice needed. The appartment is central so everything is walking distance within 10 to 20 mins.
I will say our second bedroom was actually on the landing so had to go through that to go bathroom or to the double bedroom so not much privacy it had 1 single bed and 1 pull out camp bed the second full single bed was in the main double bedroom. The beds are clean and comfortable we slept lovely. There's a small kitchen with everything needed and a dining table and 4 chairs and a 2 seater settee downstairs we were quite comfortable here. Bathroom has a shower only and its spotlessly clean and plenty of hot water.
We would definitely go back there and recommend this place to anyone. Thank you simona x

A fantastic bed and breakfast that is ideally positioned in Pisa. You can easily reach the tower and main shopping area by foot. The Well Room is spacious, modern, clean, and opens onto a private courtyard. The property is beautiful and the garden is fantastic. Simone, the owner, is there to help with any suggestions or advice you might need. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely five days with Simona. The apartment was perfect for our stay in Pisa. We were close to everything that we planned to visit and could easily walk back to the apartment when we wanted a rest. The number of excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance kept us very happy for the time we were in Pisa. We usually like to cook a meal or two when we have an apartment, but we never had enough time! I loved having a huge bathroom and bedroom, the sitting and kitchen areas are small but comfortable, the outdoor area(courtyard) was lovely and added a special ambience . Simona provided a substantial breakfast in the Italian style, much more that we could eat. She was a lovely host, and I heartily recommend the relais for a stay in Pisa.

We had a wonderful stay here. Simona was charming and helpful and gracious. The rooms and setting are beautiful and peaceful, and should we ever find ourselves in Pisa again, it will be at Relais Sassetti on Via San Francesco.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this little B&B. We were in the well room which opened out onto a lovely quaint courtyard. The room is large with a good bathroom. We had use of a lounge area next door too.
Simone was the perfect host. She gave us lots of suggestions and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely and served in the courtyard, plenty of coffee offered once we had finished our first cup.
Her English was very good too. It makes me very angry to read reviews where people say there were no English speaking channels on TV and that the host didn't speak good English, you're in Italy for Goodness Sake!!!! If you want English stuff stay in England😊
Everything was great, highly recommended.

This was my first trip to Pisa and staying at Relais Sassetti was everything I hoped for plus! It is centrally located in Pisa, in a charming neighborhood and, as other reviews have pointed out, a short walk to many of the sites. There are neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops within a few hundred feet, and a main area/shopping center within a few blocks.

Simona Rossi was a wonderful hostess. Each day she served breakfast when I requested -- I had as schedule that had me getting up and out at different times. You'd expect she would be able to recommend places to tour in Pisa, but she also was knowledgeable about where to go cycling. She suggested roads leading out of Pisa along the local aqueduct that were beautiful, smooth and fun to ride.

My room was clean, comfy bed and good shower. The courtyard in the center of the B&B is very nice, and the lemon tree while not large is a nice touch. Another plus was the WiFi. I needed to work while here and the bandwidth/speed was excellent (better than the hotel I stayed at in London!).

One last plus -- there is a very nice movie theater (Odeon) up the street and around the corner. I caught Woody Allen's new movie "To Rome with Love."

I highly recommend staying here and look forward to a return visit!

We came in with a late flight to Pisa, so we needed a B&B or Hotel with a late check in.Before our booking we asked if this would be a problem. From the beginning the conversation with Simona, the B&B host was so nice.
We had booked the 2 room apartement for our 2 night stay in Pisa and it was so wonderful there. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen, which we didn't use and a table with 4 chairs. Upstairs there is the sleeping room and the bath room. And its a real challenge to walk over the glass-bottom bridge upstairs! On our first morning in late September we had breakfast in the garden, with the choice of tea, coffee, milk, juice, rolls, bread, yoghurt, jelly, fresh fruits. To the leaning tower it is just a 10 minute walk, many restaurants just around the corner. We would definitely choose this B&B again. Thank you so much Simona for our wonderful stay in your B&B, Claudia and Tom

We had a great short break in Pisa and were very glad we chose to stay at Relais Sassetti. The building itself is beautiful, a real oasis right in the heart of Pisa, a perfect location for exploring the city. Simona was a fantastic host, providing breakfast, restaurant recommendations, and maps and local knowledge about places we were planning to visit. It was also really useful to be able to choose when we wanted to have breakfast, rather than being stuck with a fixed time. We'd love to come back to Pisa and if we do, we'd definitely like to stay here again. Thanks Simona!

Stayed here for four nights with a friend and we loved it. Not a boring hotel room. Immaculately clean and very quaint. Simona was lovely and a great host. Having breakfast in the garden was lovely. Very central to everything, the little restaurant opposite is worth a visit, very friendly and tasty food. Would love to go back again some day.

Buonasera, mi dispiace ma la mia struttura ha soltanto una doppia e una tripla. La prima costa 80 euro e la seconda 110 entrambe con colazione e tasse comprese
