Very clean, tidy, excellent ensuites. Good coffee, homemade cakes for breakfast (although Arianna makes good scrambled egg). Quiet, parking no problem, 15 min walk to city wall. Lucca lovely city. Almost everyone walks or rents a cycle. Cars mostly banned. Good pasta, ice-cream, Puccini...

We stayed at B&B Angelini's for two nights on our way to Cinque Terre but returned for a night as we loved it so much. This large family home is outside of the wall in the suburbs, about a good 10 mins walk. This did not worry us as we preferred to walk and stay away from the busy area....

Whenever we visit Lucca we always stock up on the locally produced olive oil, the quality of which is among the best in Italy (and therefore in the World). Not too much though, because running out means that we have an excuse to return to the city and to Angelini. We stumbled upon this B&B some seven years ago in...

Stayed for 3 nights on a recent trip to Lucca. The B&B is close to the train station and about a 10 minute walk from the city walls. Arianna and her mother are, as all the other reviews have said, delightful. They could not have done more to help us and were keen to chat and tell us about the...

B&B Angelini is a lovely B&B. Our host, Arianna was welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. She advised us on places to visit and to eat, and her advice was good. She was there outside normal opening hours to welcome us on arrival at mid day. The house is pleasant, our room spacious and comfortable. There...

I stayed at B&B Angelini twice on business in July, and found it very convenient as it was not far from the station and from the place where my appointments were. The landlady Rosita and her daughter Arianna were very friendly and welcoming. The first time I was given a lovely and spacious double room, with a good-sized bathroom. The...

We recently visited Lucca and stayed with Arianna at this B and B. In all our travels, we haven't found a more personable host. We walked from the train station and had a little trouble finding it. The room we had was comfortable and clean. Arianna gave us a map and helped us find the grocery store, car rental and...

We really enjoyed our stay there. The hosts were very helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and the breakfast was very good! Would definitely stay there again. When coming to this hotel, there is one intersection to avoid because it is so busy, very hard to get thru it. Your gps map system may tell you to go on Viale Europa to...

So close to the centre, and even closer to the train station. Everything was perfectly clean (very important!), and the rooms were so quiet. Much nicer then many of the hotels we have stayed in. We only booked for 2 nights, as we had planned to spend 2 nights in Florence. But in the end we were so comfortable here,...

We stayed for two nights in B&B Angelini, but we liked it so much that we came back for another night before going back home. Really nice and friendly hosts, who have been very helpful and recommended us many things to do and visit. Rooms were very sweet and cosy, each of them furnished with great attention to detail. Breakfast...

“When coming to this hotel, there is one intersection to avoid because it is so busy, very hard to get thru it. Your gps map system may tell you to go on Viale Europa to turn left onto Viale San Concordio. There are ways around this intersection, and if possible you should try to avoid it.
