We have just returned from a stay, the owner is friendly and very helpful. The location of the accomodation was ideal about 15 minute walk to the town. The accomodation had a lovely swimming pool, unfortunately most of the loungers were ripped and not able to be used. The breakfast offered a wide selection of choices with the opportunity of...

Lovely inviting pool that is much appreciated after a hard day sight-seeing. Friendly, helpful staff and owner. Great breakfast, my husband is always pleased when offered bacon and eggs abroad. Clean, comfortable rooms with a welcome but quiet fridge in the room.

We have just returned after staying here for one week. We picked the B&B, for location and the pool which is a god send when you return from all the sightseeing. Liveitta and staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. You need to spend more than a couple of nights here as there is so much to...

Enjoyfull B&B in typical Tuscan style, owner is the most friendly and helpfull lady, very big and clean rooms, breakfast is very good for Italian standards, the swimming pool in the garden is certainly appreciated after a hot Tuscan summerday. Maybe one negative remark, the rooms ont the streetside are somewhat noisy if you leabe windows open

Our family spent 4 nights here and it was the highlight of our trip in France and Italy. The place is simple, authentic and very clean. The breakfast is wonderful and the swimming pool gleams. On top of this add Liveitta, her husband and the girls who work there and you have a place that is hard to leave. Liveitta...

We arrived late at Pisa airport and special arrangements were made for us for a late checkin. The B&B has an quiet back yard with a relaxed pool atmosphere. Breakfast had a good selection with cappuccinos available on request. We stayed in Primavera, on the third floor. The view over the rooftops was very nice. If you need wifi access...

Our four-night stay began with Livietta driving out to find us and guiding us in. She and her colleagues were so welcoming and efficient. We had a good, very clean room on the top floor with a view of the garden and swimming pool. The en suite included a welcome fridge and air-con. Breakfasts included fruit, cereal and a cooked...

We stayed here in a family room for 3 nights and loved it. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The whole atmosphere is lovely and relaxed. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast was great with lots of fruit and fresh breads and cheese and meats. Our girls loved the swimming pool despite the English weather that...

We booked Il Casale di Nanni at the last minute, we just needed a break from the interminable English winter, and what a superb choice!! Without doubt it turned out to be the cleanest and most friendly hotel that we could have chosen. Liviette and her staff were perfect, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were perfect. All...

You really find yourself welcome to this place immidiately you meet the owners and the rest of the staff. They were so lovely people, and the invironment this hotel is placed in, makes you feel a part of an italian suburb. The local traffic and the railway a little further away only reinforce these impressions, and they are really not...
