very comfortable room with a nice balcony and view. Staff extremely helpful to ensure you enjoy your stay. Shower and bathroom were small. Neighborhood is residential with a grocery store very close. Guests have use or a small refrigerator in the common area.

Excellent location, clean rooms, awesome atmosphere, breakfast very good! Stefano and Leonardo are great hosts with a pleasant, open and warm attitude. We've got very good information from Stefano @ check-in and both of them were very friendly hosts. I can say that this is the place to stay when you would like to visit Florence.!

Absolutely loved this place. Slightly further out, but worth it for the excellent hospitality of Stefano and Leonardo and their beautifully decorated property. It's up 3 floors so be prepared to carry up luggage! Once there we were welcomed with a map and recommendations on where to eat and where to go. We went there as part of a trip...

The most friendly staff that has ever been at a wonderful-looking b&b. One of the few establishments I have stayed at, that actually is made to satisfy the needs of the customers. If you consider the 15-minute walk, far from the historic center of Florence, just ask the staff to tell you which way is the most scenic, you will...

We booked as two couples and were allocated the ground floor rooms. With separate access, kitchen, dining room and garden it was just what we wanted. Everything was clean and up to very high standard and the brothers couldn't do enough for us. Just a perfect stay.

Very friendly staff. The room was beautiful and cozy, has a real Italian feel to it. The balcony was nice and we could enjoy our breakfast there. Coffee was also excellent, at least to the Finnish taste. Location was good for us because we came by car; we were able to find a parking space right outside the hotel for...

Very helpful hosts- the brothers are very accommodating and available to assist. They provide very good value in a very clean place. Lovely neighbourhood- charming and quieter than the tourist side of the Arno. Great restaurants close by.

Excellent value for your money. Great location. It is located in a residential neighborhood with easily access to bus stops and about 30 minutes walk into the centre ville. The apartment is situated on the third floor of an apartment building, lot of stairs, but this was not a big issue. Stefano did help me with my luggage. The room...
