Quaint hotel with a great location and good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They would call us a taxi whenever we needed. Breakfast was adequate. Croissants, cake, juice, cereal and yoghurt. However, you have to pay for a any coffee but at a reduced rate of Euro 1.50 The room was pretty large, however the walls...

The hotel is too expensive for what you get. Breakfast could be much richer. Though it's situated in 15 minutes walking distance from Florence center. Nice local restaurant is just near the hotel which serves pizza, pasta with seafood.

Hello. We have chosen Rita Major for our first stay in Firenze. The hotel is well situated near the city center and is well accesible by car. The parking is possible in garage in the next street. Hotel is samller/family style with very nice garden and roustical style rooms. We had a room with terasse. The breakfasts are like food...

The room was tottaly horrible. Above the bed, there was huge disruption on the ceiling and also some maps, like after the flood from your neighbors upside. Next, the room was completely different to the photos on the booking.com – no one photo on the booking is from this room. Bathroom and toilet are like from 80 years old communist...

We asked for extra coffee at breakfast and was told that was available but only for an extra cost of 3 Euros!! That was on top of the 55 Euros we paid for B&B! Wi-Fi is very sporadic in the outside area and inside, dropping constantly.

This hotel was a huge disappointment and a big scam. When we booked the room, we realized that it does not look great in pictures, but I never imagined that such a room can be rented. When we arrived, the first thing we thought was very strange was that we were asked to pay for registration, before seeing the room....

It is really a hostel. The only advantage is the close location to interesting places, but after going through this place I don't know if it is worth it. Let's be honest, if you are ready to pay this kind of money, you shoudn't complain about everything in this place, but on the other hand even a fair hostel offers...
