Excellent location excellent staff - let Laura and Eleonora and Patricia recommend restaurants and sights for you :) 15 min bike ride ( free bikes) into town , avoid cabs . We had a deluxe for the first night and Loft no 4 for the rest of the time which has a wonderful Dome view and Arno view which is great at night and for room breakfast. Across the bridge is the largest park and woodland in Florence , great for early morning runs and they even have pull up bars there etc . The loft no 4 is perfect in every sense and the deluxe loft was also decent but go for the loft no 8 or no 4 if you can . The pool and garden are a little oasis in the heat and you won’t want to leave . Breakfast is superb and Patricia makes excellent eggs and always wears a winning smile . We will return with our dog for sure next year !

Getting to Riva Lofts from the airport was quite short (15 min) by taxi - should be around 25 Euros.
Lovely accommodation with generous space. Stayed in a studio room (no.4) divided between living room downstairs and bedroom upstairs. I'd recommend buying simple groceries from market and make your own dinner in the kitchenette as they have good stove and appliances - unfortunately I didn't get to take advantage this time.
Communication with staff is quite instant via email. Eleonora was mostly there to help us when needed.
Riva Lofts is slightly off the city centre - about 30 min walk to city centre by the river. Nice walk in the evening. Usually in the morning we took the tram / bus. It's lovely place for couples who want to have romantic time away from busy streets and enjoy the view of Florence.

We had the large Suite with a gorgeous view directly onto the Arno and the park. The living room / kitchen has huge windows letting in plenty of light. Staff is super kind and helpful - the pool was an added bonus after a day walking around town seeing the sights. The location is not super central but for us it was particularly convenient as we had a car for explorations outside of florence and the tram into town is just a short walk away. Highly recommended and definitely would be pleased to return in the future.

We loved our stay at Riva Lofts, the interior decor was amazing and we loved all the little touches in our room. It is only about a 10 min tram ride into the city center which was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of things yet still easy to get in. Breakfast was lovely, our server was very nice and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful as to where to eat for dinner and helped up booking some of the best meals during our 2 weeks in Italy. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Riva Lofts in Florence. The main Lounge (where breakfast js served) is gorgeous. The main buildings, surrounds and our rather large loft apartment are all unique and beautiful. The garden and pool is also very nice. The staff are mostly all fantastic, especially the two team members who were working at the main welcome room and the housekeeping team. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable. The location is not in the centre of Florence and we really liked being a little bit removed. A tram that runs straight into the centre of Florence (and leaves every 4 minutes) stops only about 200 mts away from the hotel. The tram trip takes about 15 mins and costs 1.5 Euro. Breakfast is simple but well done. Bravo Riva Lofts…. We hope to come back!

Traveled to Florence as part of our first tour of Tuscany. We found Riva Lofts website by chance, booking our accommodation went smoothly.
We drove to Riva Lofts, it was easy to find, unfortunately all parking spaces were taken. We found a space just across the street, otherwise there are other options nearby.
As soon as you open the main gate you will be amazed with the beauty of Riva Lofts!
We were very lucky to be upgraded to a Deluxe room but we were not expecting such gorgeous room! We opened the door to our room an went upstairs to find the most beautiful room! Spacious, high ceilings, beautiful design, gorgeous interior design, charming terrace, every little detail is delightful.
Laura (best concierge) was in touch with us since we booked, always replied to our emails answering all our queries. All staff were always welcoming, friendly and professional.
Breakfast had an extra cost, please go for it! It is simply delicious and you get much more of what you expect.

The hotel is not in central Florence, but you can use one of their bikes or take a tram. We opted to cycle and within 10 minutes we were at Ponte Vecchio.
The garden and communal areas are beautiful, the swimming pool is clean; there are hammocks and sunbeds to relax in the garden.
It is also worth to mention that with the current COVID situation you can see how all staff has been trained and are well prepared to deal with every detail.

100% recommend you to stay at Riva Lofts, you will not regret it!

The Riva Lofts and the staff are fantastic. I will stay in no other hotel when visiting Florence!

The property is serene and a splendid illustration of uncomplicated design and comfort. The location, about 30 minutes walk from the center, was perfect for being just far enough outside of the hustle. The nearby tram was an easy option for travel into the center.

Each room is unique and the gardens invite one to spend the entire day on the premises. Breakfast offered many options.

The staff was friendly and quite helpful in planning things to do in the city. Great hotel!!

modern rooms in old buildings (love when they do that). good location if you're looking to stay a bit a way from the no-driving, busy streets of central florence (about a 10 minutes taxi ride or 30 minute walk along the river). very accommodating hosts - gave us a room upgrade, called us a taxi, made us dinner reservations, etc. check in and check out were easy. there is garage parking about a block away for 15 euro a night. we had an early flight so cannot speak to their breakfast.

We stayed a couple of days with our 2 kids (5 and 7) as the start of our holiday in Tuscany at Riva Lofts to see the city Florence. The hotel is located ideal close (200m) to public transport which will take you in 5 min to the city center, and near Otranto-one of the upcoming areas in Firenze. There’s enough (private and public) parking space near the hotel. The staff from the hotel is carring, professional and gave us a warm welcome. Rooms are superb (decorated nice and stylish, beds are really good) and clean. Breakfast is served outside in the beautiful garden where you can also spend some relax time to drink a glass of wine or have dinner in a romantic atmosphere. The pool makes the picture perfect (And makes it also for families with smaller children perfect). We are defenitely coming back in the future, special thanks to Laura and Eleonora for our excellent stay!

We stayed there for two nights during our trip to Tuscany And we were really happy.

One of the smoothest and fastest check-in we had over the whole trip. Eleonora was very helpful and nothing was a problem.
As far as I know most of the apartments are at the ground level so it’s very easy to move all your belongings to the apartment because you can park your car just in front of the house. They also have a parking house where you can park your car safely.

The place is located at the river bank and it was a perfect harbor for us because we came with bikes and from this place it’s very easy to get to the center and back.

The garden with a swimming pool is super nicely designed and the atmosphere of the whole place really deserves a Michelin attention.

Breakfast was very nice the ingredients were perfect.
The only problem is the Covid situation when nobody can take the food by himself and he must be served what prolongs the breakfast a little bit, but it wasn’t a big problem.

Generally I must admit that we were super happy and we will come again.
