We stayed here for 2 nights, the bed was really uncomfortable, shower was really small and the we didn't have a lot to choose from the breakfast menu. The hotel is very outdated and needs updating. Hotel is close to the bus stop

The hotel itself is nice with friendly staff and located a short walk from a bus stop to get into Florence itself. The rooms were large and the one we had was disabled friendly (brilliant for my disabled mother). The breakfast was enjoyable and filling with plenty on offer. The only flaw was that due to an error in the... More

This is a great hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable with a great sized walk in wet room which accommodated my disability well. Not far from the centre with excellent public transport next to it, although taxis are also handy and cheap. The food was fresh and delicious. All in all I would highly... More

Used this hotel as a 2 day base for Florence, not situated in the best part of town but we didn't pay for that so no real gripes, OK initial visit to reception but had to ask for information not offered it and only the bare minimum, we wanted to know how to get to town centre by bus, gave... More

Here are the pros and the cons. The good stuff Not many, when we arrived, the check in was quick and the room was clean and functional. There are a few places to eat nearby but not great, other than Le Osteri, Di Poneta Novoli, Via di Novoli, 73H, 50127 Firenze, Italy. Ten minutes walk from the hotel, they serve... More

I had a single room in this hotel and although it was the biggest room i'd gotten my whole trip the hotel itself left a little to be desired. To be honest the main thing that got to me was how thin the walls are. One night a family clearly checked in late and were in the room next door... More

The room was small although clean and the air conditioning not particularly good. There was no safe in the room and no tea/coffee making facilities. It is a 20 minute bus ride into Florence and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The buffet style continental breakfast was OK and the hotel had free wifi. Florence... More

Shabby hotel, shabby breakfast. Staff at the reception does not offer a lot of information. The hotel is situated in a not very nice part of Florence, far from downtown; is a 20-30 minutes bus journey to city center. Do not have great expectations. Too expensive for what it has to offer. when I will come back to Florence, I... More

We stayed in this hotel as part of a city break. The hotel is situated in a not very nice part of Florence, and is a 20 minute bus journey from the centre. The hotel is clean and tidy and basic, but in no way is it a 3 star hotel. There is nothing in the area and we did... More

Rooms are dated but clean. This hotel represents good value for money for those not expecting too much. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are good restaurants nearby, especially the Osterie di Ponenta. Try the veal and spinach dish, you won't be disappointed.
