Just stayed there in early Jan 2017 and I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The staff are very warm and polite, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. It is VERY clean and perfect to those who want to live the historic center of Florence. The WIFI connection is OK! It is excellent value for money. I...

This hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from the train station. I've stayed at a much better hotel in Florence (across the Arno) but for what we were doing this trip, we wanted something close to the train station for convenience. Annabella Hotel was fine, clean enough, the air conditioning wasn't great but windows helped. The staff...

The room was clean, the location was centrally located, but the downfall is the staff. Not very friendly! Really enjoyed the roof top terrace, but seemed like they didn' t like us up there? It was't great, but it wasn't horrible either.

The location is near the train station which is convenient and the price was a great value. My main problem with the dated rooms was the lousy internet and the fact that there were no English language tv channels. The staff was friendly though , but the place was a bit tired.

Stay away from this hotel. Service was awful and front desk was not friendly. They made us wait for more than 30 minutes because they were arguing we didn't do the full deposit for the room. Since we didn't give up, they accepted us but say that the breakfast wasn't included, we didn't argue any more because we were tired....

I would recommend this place. Cute, close to the main train station(5 minute walk). We only stayed one night, but it was a nice stay. The owner was very helpful, showing on a map where/ what we should see, and how far walking distance everything was. There are cute restaurants located near by.

I'll be honest.... when we first got to the hotel, my fiance and I were pretty spooked out at the entrance and when we walked in and saw the elevator. It looked like something out of a scary movie. Then again, we did get there at 2am. However, once we got up in the morning and went outside and saw...

For the last seven years my wife and I have spent a long weekend in Florence to enjoy and savor the history, culture and food that have made it one of the world's premiere cities. And every time we've been there--every time--we have stayed at Annabella Hotel, a quaint and reasonably priced little place whose location can't be matched: a...

We stayed at the Hotel Bijou/ Hotel Annabella for three nights in Florence (the two are connected on the same floor of a building). Our first night we had a two bedroom in Annabella, very cute and peaceful decoration, big windows, and very clean. The next two nights we stayed in Bijou which was also very clean, but not quite...

A block away from the Firenze’s train station you will find Hotel Bijou. For a great price you can stay in this quaint location, ten minutes from the Duomo, five minutes from the leather market and Marcato Centrale. The hotel serves free breakfast, has free wi-fi, and several brochures informing guests about activities in the area. It is very clean...
