Fantastic place. Ideal location on a walking distance to all main sights, and bus stop nearby. The appartment 7 was spasious and very well equiped with all home appliances the guests may need. Daniela is excelent host, very helpful and precise with the information. The neighbouthood is full with restaurants and cafes. Piazzale Michelangelo is less than 1 km up the hill, the city centre is 10 minutes over the bdidge. Our familly enjoyned very much the stay and we would love to come again in the future.

Perfectly located on the Arno River allowing ease of walking access to the historical section of Firenze. We stayed in a self catering room with all the necessary equipment and amenities needed. The ability to walk into the historic part within a few minutes and then go back to the quiet and serenity of the place made it the perfect location. We were able use this as a base as we explored not only the city but also undertake day trips to various places in Tuscany. Highly recommended!

this was the end of our African holiday as we wanted to unwind in Florence. pictures and location listed are pretty much what you get. the is an elevator to the last floor, this a set of steps once inside the penthouse to reach to living quarters. had this just been us 2 everything would have been fine. a couple of family members decided to join us as there were 2 available rooms - which we referred to as the monk rooms. unfortunately, they both became sick and needed the guest bathroom with is down a flight of stairs. none of this has anything to do with this property, but if I had small children I would think twice about renting the penthouse with the bathroom downstairs. the kitchen area is nice sized. Master suite is huge and with the ensuite bathroom this was the nicest place we stayed at. I wanted a view of the Arno River and from the upper patio we enjoyed every night sitting there watching the lights come on and the people clear out. we not so young anymore so the walk was a bit much at times, lesson learned for future. reception people were very helpful and friendly. this is a really nice apartment building in Oltrano.

Very nice small apartment, with attention to detail, clean. Full kitchen with everything. Excellent self check in, excellent location overlooking the Arno with Ponte Vecchio on the left, crossing the bridge. Many places within a short distance where you can eat and have breakfast, all well signposted in the directions provided at the time of booking I will happily return

Fabulous apartment. The location is very close to the city center but a lil less busy. The rooms are clean, and very thoughtful equipment and decorated. The bed is super comfortable, you may sleep like a baby … we are loving it here and we will return for sure. The staff is very supportive and friendly and they do really care for their guest. Thank you very much dear Daniela& dear Gregorio !!!!

On April 25th 2022, I wrote to you. I am sorry if you did not understand. Sincerely, Susan
Hello Dear Daniela,
I am sorry I did not translate this to you.
I could not tell you in person the cleaning I had to do. My husband took photos of the stains on the
couch, chairs, luggage rack pillow and damage on the kitchen corner top. The pots & pans were dirty
and smelled. I was surprised to find the condition of the lovely apartment, so I cleaned and cleaned and
left the place very clean! The dust, floors not swept. The kitchen was very dirty. I did not clean the
mildew under the shower door. It should have been clean. I should have told you.
You quickly took care of all our needs. No, you could not fix the internet but you tried. Thank You!
I know this letter will shock you and will be disappointed. I would want to know and feel you will feel
the same. I humbly suggest you check the apartments before check in. My husband and I hold you in
the highest regards. The bed, pillows and linens were the best! The shower was the best!
Most Sincerely,
Susan

A colleague of mine and I spent 6 months (from april to october) in Florence and after having tried several places during the first month, we decided to stay in this residence till the end. Useless to say that we enjoyed our stay very much. The residence is brand-new, everything is in a perfect shape and every single detail is just perfect. It seems that nobody has used the room before you. The location is great, right at Lungarno Serristori, only 5 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi. We tried almost all the 12 rooms (even if it would be better to call them suites as they all have at least a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom) and there are not 2 alike, starting from the furnishing colour. The best of the best is of course the one called "Belvedere" that is huge and has a cosy terrace facing Pontevecchio on one side, Boboli's garden on another and Piazzale Michelangelo on another one. But they are all one nicer than the other, both the ones on the front with a view on Florence and the ones on the back with balconies where to enjoy breakfast or dinner. All rooms have a parquet floor, one or more bathrooms in beige marble with a bathtub and sometimes a separate shower. The kitchen is equipped with a micro-wave oven, a dish-washer and an elegant porcelain set for 6 people, glasses for red wine, moka and american coffee machine, in short: all one can need for a stay longer than the weekend. The bedrooms are all different but all beds are huge and comfortable. All rooms in the same apartment have a separate air-conditioning device. There is TV with satellite and a safe. In the basement there is a large room available for meeting, and some nice corners with sofas and a fireplace. But the most important thing is the washing machine and the dryer at complete disposal of guests just for free. The only negative note is about the noise at night in the summertime for the rooms on the front, but "unfortunately" the residence is located exactly in the best summer spot of Florence and also mosquitos can be bothering if one is not careful to keep the windows closed. The residence is managed by a very nice couple, Daniela and Carlo, extremely helpful in all situations. All friends and relatives who came and visited us, were amazed by the beauty and the luxury of the place. And whenever we go back to Florence, we are sure we will stay at Serristori residence.

This is my second time at the Serristori Palace, and going back was a no-brainer. Location is off the beaten path, hence quiet, but still overlooking the Arno and within walking distance of all major attractions. The building is gorgeous, very tastefully appointed, and clean to a fault. Staff could not be friendlier and efficient. If you are used to large hotels, you will miss the room service and 24x7 staff, but then you realize it's just like being at home, only better. If you don't feel like walking, there's a choice of two bus lines that will take you to the center of town in no time, just watch out for pickpockets, which are sadly abundant in Italy. A few good restaurants are just around the corner, as is a small store where you can buy food and necessities.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Serristori Palace.
We were searching for a furnished apartment in Florence's central area. We viewed several apartments and instantly knew that Serristori Palace was for us. The owners were always ready and willing to help us with questions, and our apartment was equipped with all of the basic needs: a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, internet access, telephone, and washer and dryer available in the lower level. How wonderful to also have air conditioning - not found in many Florence apartments.
Serristori Palace is ideally located overlooking the Arno River and from some apartment windows one can see the Ponte Vecchio. It is a short walk over the bridge to the center of the city. We had access to several bus lines just outside the door that would tranport us to shopping, a large supermarket, the main train station, and even to the most spectacular view point - Piazza Michelangelo. Being located in the Niccoli quarter provided access to local restaurants, bakery, cleaners, small food market, and more. We loved being so close to all of the popular sights, yet were not living in the midst of the heavy tourist traffic.
Our plan had been to spend a few weeks in Florence and use it as a base to see the sights and cities of Tuscany and beyond. Serristori Palace was so pleasant that we extended our stay.
We felt very lucky to have found Serristori Palace.

We stayed at the Serristori Palace hotel in April 2015. It was perfect. Location is just across the Arno from the main attractions of Florence, hence a bit of a refuge from the madding crowd. Daniella is a wonderful hostess, helpful and cheerful. The Ponte Vecchio apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean, with excellent wifi and modern conveniences. Next time I go to Florence, I would definitely come back. One note: Daniella offers a limousine service from the train station which is nice but much more expensive than grabbing a cab outside. Next time I go, I'm passing on the limo.
