Our 2 night stay was fabulous! Great location, clean, beautiful room, friendly, helpful staff and a delicious breakfast with choices of fruit, protein, cereal, pastries and expresso! I would definitely stay here again.

My trip was a surprise so no idea until I arrived of where I was going. This is more a B&B than a hotel and that's its charm. Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Our room was great, roomy and quirky decoration. The breakfast was great - cold selection only - so no good if you want bacon and eggs - but perfect...

I was so looking forward to staying at this boutique hotel for 3 nights. However, it was the worst 3 nights of all our stay in Italy. We had the supreme double room which is located at the front on the building facing the street (yellow room). One of the windows would not close properly and the noise coming from...

The photos don't show the small and dirty rooms. We had hairs in our bed. The first night we removed the blankets and hoped they would clean the room on the next day. But nope...they didn't see none of the long, dark hairs on the grey blankets. I removed them and showed them but they don't care. We couldn't close...

Dear Guest, I think you have some confusion in your mind, since there are not grey blankets in our rooms and in the afternoon we don't enter in the room, so I couldn't understand what your talking about. Concerning size and pictures on rooms as explain on our site and on all sites that sell our rooms, change on the...

Nothing is too much trouble. Arrived to a warm welcome and the smell of home cooked bread! Beautiful room (wall to wall frescos) tea/coffee, fridge, snacks. Excellent breakfasts, home made yogurt and bread, fresh fruit, vegetables, ham and cheeses, good coffee. Perfect location for station, and Centre.

A great location, huge room and very helpful staff. Fabulous pastries ( amongst other things) for breakfast. Easy to walk to all the main attractions from here as well as the train and bus stations. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance too.

Residenza Castiglioni is located on a quiet street very near the train station for easy access and close to the main sights in Florence. The staff is very friendly and the room was comfortable and quiet. I'd recommend this property especially if you are traveling by train.

A gem in the middle of Florence at reasonable prices which includes breakfast! Residenze Castiglioni is a luxury B&B with spacious rooms & suites, lovely frescoes on the ceiling, and beautiful antique furniture & decor. The bathroom is large and offers quality amenities, bathrobes, and slippers. The European breakfast is hearty, very good, and well stocked. Cleanliness is top-notch and...
