This was one of the few times when the actual place was BETTER than I expected. We stayed in a suite and the pictures do not do it justice. The room was huge! The bathroom had a shower/tub combo, so the shower was one of the biggest we had in Italy. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious. There were...

The staff was very friendly and they offered a wonderful daily breakfast. The location was perfect for us because we were in walking distance to the train station, so we could take trips to surrounding towns and even Venice was a 2-hour trip on the high-speed train. Also in walking distance to the Duomo, Michelangelo museum for kids (a must...

Very nice little hotel with a authentic Italian feel. Spacious and clean room (no. 52) with nice view of rooftops and Domes in the background. Great location in the centre and friendly staff. We would stay here again next time we travel to Florence.

Easy to get to the Duomo and lots of shops around the area! Breakfast had a lot of options. Only problem with our room was that it was a bit noisy at night but I think it was rubbish collection day so it can't be helped.

My trip was a surprise so no idea until I arrived of where I was going. This is more a B&B than a hotel and that's its charm. Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Our room was great, roomy and quirky decoration. The breakfast was great - cold selection only - so no good if you want bacon and eggs - but perfect...

I was so looking forward to staying at this boutique hotel for 3 nights. However, it was the worst 3 nights of all our stay in Italy. We had the supreme double room which is located at the front on the building facing the street (yellow room). One of the windows would not close properly and the noise coming from...

The photos don't show the small and dirty rooms. We had hairs in our bed. The first night we removed the blankets and hoped they would clean the room on the next day. But nope...they didn't see none of the long, dark hairs on the grey blankets. I removed them and showed them but they don't care. We couldn't close...

Dear Guest, I think you have some confusion in your mind, since there are not grey blankets in our rooms and in the afternoon we don't enter in the room, so I couldn't understand what your talking about. Concerning size and pictures on rooms as explain on our site and on all sites that sell our rooms, change on the...
