Loved our visit here. Florence is a very special place and this B&B made it even more special. Such an amazing host and everything was beautiful. Excellent location. Close to train station, grocery store and restaurants. The rooms are cozy and clean. The host, Silvia, is wonderful ! She offers homemade breakfast brought to your room. Her scrambled eggs are amazing!

Excellent location. Clean room. Host was so accommodating and even brought breakfast to the room with new cautionary procedures. She was really great and even had breakfast early for us on our day of departure. Would definitley stay again.

The location is as convenient as possible,very close to all the attractions and the central train station.The rooms,we booked 3 at the same time,were all bright ,roomy and very comfortable,not to mention that they were immaculate,absolutely spot-on.We were warmly welcome by the business boss ,Silvia ,who’s a great host ,a real “locandiera” .

Silvia was such a warm and welcoming host and made everything very easy for check-in and check-out, including getting in touch the day before to make arrangements and letting me keep my room for longer on the final day. My single room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It was lovely to have breakfast in the room each day. The only downside was the lack of mini-bar in the room as a new one was due to be installed, but didn't arrive during my stay. It wasn't a huge problem but it would have been nice to have had cold water in such hot weather.

Lives up to it's blurb. Silvia is welcoming and went out of her way to accommodate us. The room was airy, spotless and warm. Fabulous location for day tripping out of town and for sightseeing in Florence. If we are lucky enough to return to Florence we will definitely stay with Silvia again.

Stayed here for four nights and really can’t fault anything at all. Lovely room, comfy bed, spotlessly clean, good location. Silvia was a lovely lady and made us feel welcome and as I’m not much of a morning person it was great to have my breakfast in our room. Lots of choice for breakfast.....cereals, yoghurts, toast, eggs, coffee/tea, juices. Also very good value for money.

In the heart of Florence we stayed in this historic building !!! Very large rooms with very high ceilings .. Spacious bathrooms ... very clean and very quiet rooms ... great breakfast !!! and all with a very limited expense .... Silvia, the girl who organizes and manages everything, is really kind and helpful . For anything that concerns Florence you can ask her !!!! highly recommended !!!! clean, cheap and in the heart of Florence ...

I stayed here several nights in March and April as well. Thought I had written a review, but apparently have not. So, will rectify my omission today. My stay there, prior to the Speak in Italy English immersion week, was excellent. Sylvia, the hostess, was exceptional. Breakfast was included in the price, and it more than filled me each morning. The rooms are all clean and spactious. And the care and attention could not be better. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Florence. Only steps away from the train station and within walking distance of so many sites.

Location wise close to the river and close to the train station. Beautiful place, quiet and an amazing hostess named Silvia. She was amazing and very understanding. Room was big and very nice with breakfast being served in the room in the mornings. Wonderful place.
