The location is perfect (a short bus ride to the centre) and the room was spotless. Liborio is a fantastic host, he was very helpful to point out all the must see places on the map, places to eat, how to get there and even where to buy the best souvenirs. I highly recommend this hostel.

Day house is a really nice hostel, it's small, cozy and located in the city center. Rooms are pretty big and bright, cleaned every day. Great thanks to Liborio! You are the best host I've ever met, kind person and interesting companion!

Liborio, the host, makes this place what it is. He's nice, friendly, and so very helpful. He helped us book our flights to Athens, our train to Pisa, and spent probably 30 minutes going over maps of the city, patiently explaining things that he's likely explained a zillion times to others. He also was very enthusiastic about our attempts to...

I would recommend this place to anybody traveling. Liborio was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in he made it feel like home, with great restaurant suggestions and activity ideas. It's very central but just far enough away from downtown to keep from the loud street noise (we walked everywhere). If you want a comfortable, clean and relaxing home...

Whilst its a little out of the center its on a safe and not too busy street and is an easily walkable distance from the city center. As its a fairly small...

Dany house was so welcoming and the owner talked us through all the best bits to see in Florence, even though we were only there for a day (which he clearly seemed sad about!). The twin room was lovely and good price for Florence. It was a 10 minute drive from the centre of the city which was slightly annoying...

The cleanliness is second to none of this hostel. i can't recommend it enough. that being said. it is unfortunately VERY far away from the city centre. (approximately 25 minutes walk if you're...

I loved my stay at Dany House! Liborio was my host and really made me feel comfortable not only by showing me around the hostel and making sure I knew where all the amenities were, but he even sat me down at the main breakfast table and gave me a map and went over where all the sights in Florence...
